There is a formal sitting room, a formal dining room, a family room with Cable TV/DVD/VCR and a CD stereo system. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook and a laundry room with washer & dryer.

The bedroom configuration consists of a King Master Suite with a Jacuzzi Tub, a Queen Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms all with Cable TV.

The heated pool & spa overlook a conservation area of pine trees.

The community has a Mike Dasher designed 18 hole championship golf course with great elevations and views over the citrus groves, an all-weather tennis court, a children's playground and a community pool.
Next door to the community is a Publix Supermarket and a strip mall containing a Chinese takeaway and a Pizza Parlor.
