  Wish we would have found this property 5 years ago. We have finally found the place we will return to every time we come to the Keys. Beautiful, clean, quiet neighborhood, good fishing in the channel and the hot tub is a great added bonus. Can't wait until next year! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

  I wish we would have found this property 5 years ago. We have finally found a place we will continue to return to every time we come to the Keys. Everything about this house was perfect! Beautiful, clean, quiet neighborhood, good channel to fish and the hot tub is a great added bonus. Can't wait until next year! Thank You for sharing your lovely home.

  The absolute BEST place to be in the Keys! We had a blast, the house was fantastic. Nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Looking forward to our next trip! Great kayaking and snorkeling in the canal right behind house.

  You will be delighted with this property. This was our first time staying at this property and we had a great time. We plan to return. The owners have done a great job making this house comfortable, livable, and enjoyable. The house was clean and presentable upon our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and all house systems were in good working order (AC, hot tub, grill, etc). The beds were comfortable and all linens were excellent quality. This property is located on a canal in Cudjoe Gardens, one of the nicest developments in the lower keys. The canal water is clean, safe, and great for swimming which we did daily and we used the convenient outside shower to rinse off. The screened patio was perfect for sitting outside, sipping a drink, and grilling. This property is great for boating. The Cudjoe Marina boat ramp is just down the street and you have quick access to both the ocean or gulf. We brought our standup paddle board (SUP) and paddled around the canals. Lots of fun. Bottom line, we were delighted with our stay and give this property an excellent rating.

  This vacation property is extremely well maintained. The furnishings are beautiful and everything is in excellent condition. We loved the decor. The kitchen was amazing to cook in and was stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation more enjoyable. The property sits on the corner of the canal, which we really liked because it made the property more private. The owner is very easy to work with, and let us bring our dog (which was a priority for us) We would highly recommend this property as a vacation rental.

  The House was great! We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it! This was our 6th year in Key West and I wish we would have found this little gem 6 years ago. We will definitely be return guest! The entire house is top notch!! We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we could have asked for. We even had our family over for some fresh Florida Stone Crab! It was amazing! I would recommend this house to anyone! It was perfect

  My husband and I started our retired life with 2 weeks on Cudjoe Key in January. It was obvious that the owners have put alot of love into this home. Every detail was thought out. The kitchen was very well equipped and pleasant to cook in. We spent hours on the screened porch. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The owner left good recommendations about restaurants close by. We went into Key West several times as it was only 20 miles away. Pictures of the home were very accurate; layout of the house excellent; very well maintained (nicest house on the street). We had brought our bikes with us as there are alot of bike paths in the keys. It would have been great to have had a boat at this house. There is very little boat traffic and one could easily dock the boat right there at the house. There is also a gym very close by that had all kinds of classes as well as the usual cardio/weight equipment. Would definitely recommend this house.

  Their home is wonderful. The description and details are more than accurate. Interactions with owner was easy, comfortable and very helpful when I needed it before and during the trip. Thank you so much Ron! We spent a week and owners left a day early to accomodate the flights I found when I made my initial inquiry of when I wanted to arrive. Very generous as it was the day after the end of Fantasy Festival. Which I was not familiar with. On one our visits into Key West later in the week we found "parrotheads" paying tribute to Jimmy Buffet and Margaritaville at some annual event, another surprise and delight. House has the extras to make it easy to settle in. More than pleased with pots and pans, utensils that led to dining on screened porch. Lush towels and sheets. Puzzels and games were nice too.This home is at the end of a quiet lane. I took walks down to the marina and shot pictures of sunsets on the nearby fishing bridge. My mom liked pulling in the neighborhood the first day and passing the Sheriff's station. I wanted a special trip for my Mom this year as we never have had a solo mother/daughter trip. She last visited Key West for a brother's wedding to a Key West girl at the St Paul Epsicapol Church on Duval. Her family drove all the way from Oklahoma in 1950. We flew from OKCity (via Atlanta) to Key West, rented a car and enjoyed the mix of her old memories and making new ones. No rain, no bugs, which amazed Mom and I and the lazy lizard wildlife was fun to see daily across the canal and in a neighbors backyard. I could write more but everyone has different expectations. But ours were met!

  This vacation home is a must stay whether you plan to spend a week or just a weekend getaway in the Keys. Any hotel or bed and breakfast pales in comparison to its comfort, convenience and affordability! Having visited the Keys many times before, we are thrilled we chose this property. Staying here made this by far, the best Keys vacation we've had in years. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and so inviting. From the plush linens to the fully-equipped kitchen, it truly does offer all of the creature comforts of home which allowed us to just kick-back, relax and enjoy ourselves the whole time we were here. You can't beat the location either -- it's nestled in a lovely neighborhood that's easy to find, situated on the water which is perfect for fishing and boating, and just a short drive to Key West and many other local area attractions and activities . The owners, Ron and Toni, are wonderful and very easy to work in making arrangements. They provide lots of details about the property and the surrounding area to make sure you feel welcomed and have a great time. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Keys and highly recommend you give it a try -- you'll be pleasantly surprised! Maggie & Ed Coker, Tampa, FL

  We enjoyed our stay and it was great to be in such a quiet neighborhood with very beautiful tropical landscape and clear canal water. The hot tub was awesome each night to help relax those sore muscles after a day of sightseeing. Lots of great info on places to go and eat. I highly recommend going snorkeling for sure and Key West is only a 20 min. drive away. Will be coming back again soon...hopefully this December!!

  What a beautiful home. Exactly as described. Beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very comfortable, private and quiet. Away from all the tourist attractions yet close enough to enjoy when you want to. Quiet waterfront location. Wonderful for your boat and close to open water. Great hot tub and screened porch. A great couple of weeks with weather in the high 70's and sunny.

  The house was as described only better. Being on the end of a street there was no traffic or noise, sitting out on the screened porch is very relaxing. We tool our 22 foot boat and tied right up to the back yard. It was a short boat ride out to fish under the bridges or go snorkeling at Looe Key. At night we went to Boondocks (10 minutes away) or Key West and Duval street (25 minutes away) The best part was dealing with Ron the owner. He helped us out when we needed it and was a great pleasure to work with. If you are heading to the area, I highly recommend that you look closely at renting this property, you will not want to leave.

  Beautiful Home, Couldn't Ask For Anything More, Everything Is There. So Quiet & Peaceful, The jewel like green waters of the canal so inviting & the iguanas, even they were friendly. Also, a great neighborhood for biking & marina close by with lots of information. Thank you.

  What a warm and delightful home. Your layout is outstanding and the decor is truly state of the art. Where can you go and see sharks feeding, tarpon rolling, turtles swimming and dolphins gliding through the waves in the bay side.Exploring the islands and swimming at Marvin key was spectacular. We caught a 22lb Wahoo, dolphins and barracuda from 36"to 56". Our month here has been so relaxing that we forgot what it was like to teach middle school. We hope to return again next summer. Thanks so much for letting us spend a peaceful vacation is a beautiful setting. Dana and Elwood

  We stayed a week in March and it was not long enough! This is the 4th time we have visited the Keys and I have to say this was the BEST. We stayed more at the house than we did going out. The view was out standing – House was remarkable. We had not reason to leave. He did enjoy fishing every day. I hope to come back again next year And Ron was so helpful in making this one of the best vacations my family has ever taken

  This rental is in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood. It is close enough to drive into Key West although we preferred to kayak the "skinny waters" of the area mangroves. It was relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the boats go down the canals. We did not have outdoor bugs at the time of year that we rented but since the porch is not screened in, bugs could be a problem in other months. We noticed many of the homes had screened in porches. The owner was gracious and helped us via phone fill up the hot tub and get it operational. This is a perfect set up and we plan to return yearly.
