Our spacious recently renovated and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse (1400 square feet) is just across the street from Siesta Beach (300 yds), listed as the # 1 beach in the USA.
The townhouse has ten foot ceilings and looks out at a private small lake. There is a heated pool and tennis courts.
The large living room contains crème colored leather sofas, oriental rugs and has a balcony that overlooks the lake. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system for your entertainment. It also contains a queen sleeper sofa if you need additional sleeping space. The formal dining room fits 6 comfortably.
The modern granite eat in kitchen also offers a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot,expresso machine, blender, food processor,fish steamer, George Foreman grill etc….everything you could think of.
The master bedroom also has high ceilings and sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the lake. It features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and an updated en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a mirrored dressing room.
The second bedroom has twin beds, large closet and a flat screen TV. The updated 2nd bathroom is located close by.
The unit includes the use of an attached private garage, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels/toys.
Our House At The Beach offers a large pool (heated), two private tennis courts, large open gazebo with tables/chairs and a grill if you wish to grill out during your stay. You can enjoy the sun by the pool or relax in the shade under the gazebo.
Siesta Village is within walking distance (moderate walk) or a 3-minute drive, where they have numerous nice restaurants and shops and a weekly farmers market.
Downtown Sarasota is a major cultural center and only 10 minutes away. There you can enjoy art galleries, fine and casual dining and every imaginable shopping you can imagine. If you are a golfer, Sarasota has numerous golf courses to choose from.
Island activities include jet skiing, fishing, boating, kayaking, parasailing, volleyball, biking or just walking miles and miles of endless white sand beaches.

Sheila, I just had to write and tell you-what a fabulous place! We couldn’t believe how large it was! And now I know where the Lake Houses are-I’ve been going to Siesta for 15 years-knew about the towers, just never really saw the Lake Houses. This was the most gorgeous place I have ever rented, not to mention the biggest. Everything seemed new and exceptionally clean. Location was perfect - right across from the public beach and could easily walk to town - a big bonus. Nice pool area, a grill available too. The garage was great because we brought our bikes. Only suggestion - we needed some hand towels. I would highly recommend this to 2 couples or a family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
