Beautiful home but a disappointing rental company

The home was amazing! Unfortunately, the rental company was not! We picked this home primarily for the pool. We were told it would be heated. After numerous calls to Jeremy (the owner of the rental company) and 5 days, the pool was finally warm. I wouldn't recommend 360 Blue Rental Company to anyone. We felt as if Jeremy really dropped the ball. They were quick to show up when one of the showers was leaking, but not so eager to fix the pool heater. Very unfortunate!! Also, it states 4 community pools, when we only had access to 2...A bit deceiving. Having said that, the community was beautiful and peaceful! The golf carts were great for getting everyone and our gear to the beach and pool.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.
