Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
- Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
- If the home you are renting has a golf cart provided by the owner then please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations.
- If we have not received the proper insurance and drivers license information then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE GOLF CART.
- Lastly, if a person without a valid driver's license is found to have operated the golf cart provided, or is found driving in a reckless manner then the guest will be fined a $750.00 charge to the account provided on the reservation.

We have stayed in the Destin to Panama City areas for the past 20 years. This was one of the better rentals that we have stayed in. The location was fantastic between our favorite places of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The unit was new and showed very little wear. The bedrooms were great and the master suite was very nice. The kitchen was great and had modern appliances. The unit was managed by 360 Blue Properties and they made the rental process very smooth, they even had an iPhone app that allowed us to check-in and check-out without going to a physical office. The location of the condo (Watersound) was a fantastic community. The pool was very nice and their beach was very un-crowded. They had a fun putt-putt course and even had a restaurant on-site at one of the pools. Out unit also had a great lake to one side that would have been great for fishing, wish we would have brought some poles. The only small downsides that could be mentioned was there was a good little walk to the beach (400 to 600 yards) and the beach chairs were picked up by 5:30pm. This wasn't too big of a deal as we could use the exercise. As for the chairs, we usually like to stay out at the beach until near sunset. We still did so but had to use towels. I would definitely recommend this unit to any other travelers. We loved it and would plan on renting in Watersound on any returning trips.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
