Families have been enjoying Regency Towers for years. Views of the gulf, the beach and the sunset are gorgeous from this 8th floor condo on the western side of Regency Towers.
The unit is very comfortable and well-furnished. The galley style kitchen is well equipped. The counter bar seats three and the dining table seats six. The living room has a large window with a great western view, and a large sliding glass door that faces the gulf/beach and opens to the balcony. The master bedroom with its king size bed has a large sliding glass door that also has beautiful gulf/beach views and gives private access to the balcony. Custom made black out drapes may be drawn for those late mornings in bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin size beds.
Recently, Regency Towers has added and updated amenities to include: a beautiful new hot tub and hot tub room complete with waterfall, new shuffle board courts, new grills and picnic tables, newly decorated lobby with free wi-fi, and general over all updates and improvements. 2 large pools, kids pool, pool side cafe', sun deck, 24/7 security, gated entrance, large grass play area, swings, picnic area on east and west side of building, 2 tennis courts, 3 elevators, large parking lot and private parking for trailers and boats, and 540' beach.

My family and I really enjoyed this unit. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked and the view was wonderful. It was so easy to book and the owners were easy to communicate with. Even got a phone call while down there to make sure everything was going well!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from vacation on Saturday and had a great time. The weather was wonderful and all 11 of us really enjoyed ort time together. Thanks so much making this possible for us. The condo was prefect for us. We loved the beach and the easy access and had a great time relaxing by the pool also. There was plenty of room for all of us and the view was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. Thank you again and hope to be in Panama City again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family of 6 stayed for 6 nights recently and we had a great time. The unit was very nice throughout and had an awesome view of the gulf and the beach from the balcony. Balcony was a great place to kick back in the evening and watch the sunset and take some incredible sunset pictures. Very family oriented atmosphere, and location was excellent for just about anywhere you needed to go. Beach and pool area is very nice. The owners were great in getting everything ready for our stay and were very helpful in answering any questions. Would definetly recommend this unit, as it will be our choice when we return to Panama City Beach in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The photos from the website were right on in showing this nice condo - My family of 9 stayed for 7 nights during the 4th of July recently and we more than enjoyed our stay. Very nice kitchen with more than enough cookware and appliances. Two nice clean bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms were very nice as well and very comfortable plenty of closet space with nice furniture and bedding. Spacious living/dinning area and a balacony with beautiful sunset views and long distance views of the beach. Two large pools and kiddy pool with tons of chairs. Nice gift shop and snack bar pool side. Very close to anything grocery stores Go-carts Putt-Putt nice restraurants as well as shopping. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The owner was more than accommodating to us during our stay. We look forward to staying again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just got back home from a guys weekend of vacation at this terrific condo. This unit was absolutely fantastic. The beach and Gulf views from this unit are fabulous. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well equiped and it and the dining table and area comfortably accomodated visitors. The owners are very nice and making the arrangements and completing our stay were a breeze. This unit will definitely be our top choice for future trips to Panama City Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Weekly rate is inclusive of taxes and cleaning. Nighty rate (under 7 nights) add 12.5% tax and $50 cleaning fee. Minimum stay is 7 nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day; 3 night minimum during the rest of the year.
