Why the Owner Chose Grandview
We really enjoy our time in the Colorado mountains, especially during the Summer months as a relief from the Texas heat. Breckenridge has always had so much to offer to families and groups looking for an active ski or summer vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy our Chilly Pepper condos for their access to 4 O'Clock Ski Run during the winter, and during the summer we're just 1/4 mile or one shuttle stop from the base of Peak 8 and the Peak 8 Fun Park. With all investment being made to improve the Peak 8 Base as a destination - including dining and entertainment options - our condo location keeps getting better.
While inside the condo, the size and amenities make it a desireable location after skiing, biking, hiking, or shopping. The gas fireplace, full kitchen, wireless internet, and entertainment center, and small deck with views of Peak 8 provide plenty of distractions.

We stayed in Chilly Pepper Too - both condos are in an excellent location for ski in/out. Owner very responsive to any issues. Condo great for party of 4. Photos are accurate.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
