  Could not ask for a more perfect location, about a 3 minute walk from the Flatiron and so close to the center of everything! We had 6 people in total, the beds were comfortable, the sheets smelled nice, it was clean and warm and overall a great experience. It's nice and simple overall and the price was unbeatable. I will definitely stay here again when I come up to the city!!

  This was my first experience using VRBO. I was so pleased with the experience and apartment. The location of this place is great. Trader Joes and Whole Foods both within a few blocks and access to NR train, 1-9 train and ACE were all close. Many restaurants nearby and was easy walk to midtown. Most importantly this apartment was clean and quiet. Loved having a kitchen - sure beat being at a hotel. This apartment can easily accomodate 4-5 though we only had 3. Aisha was great. The only small issue was poor water pressure at bathroom sink but shower and kitchen sink were fine. All in all - a great stay and hope to rent again next time I'm in town. Thanks Aisha.

  We are a family of 5. The kids are older (12, 14 & 16) and I am a big guy (over 6 foot) so things were a bit cramped. We still had a great time. You cannot beat this location. You are right by Madison Square Park (including our kids' favorite, the Shake Shack) and the Flat Iron building. We were around the corner from the 23rd St subway and just about 2.5 blocks from the F train. Between these two, we had access to everything we wanted in the city. We also walked quite easily to the Empire State Building, Union Square and Macy's. The neighborhood had many good choices for food, including cheap, moderate and more upscale restaurants. We ate breakfast in the studio each day with food we bought at Trader Joe's (about 2.5 blocks). I was worried that there would be some hassle when we arrived, but the owner is very friendly and the on-site Super was there to buzz us in and get us into the room immediately. The ONLY problem we had was that the A/C was old and noisy. It did, however, keep the place cool during an extremely hot period in NY.

  I took my step daughter who is 16 to NYC for her first time there and we stayed at this apartment. It was perfect! The location is very central and steps from Broadway, 6th Ave and the Flatiron Building! Cabs were easy to get and we were in walking distance to Subways and everything under the sun. We had a wonderful time and were so sad to leave! The apartment was great, and CLEAN! Plenty of room for the two of us and we loved having the kitchen available. We felt safe and secure and Winston , the super was an absolute sweetheart! We will definatly stay here again!

  This apartment was GREAT!! never did the whole VRBO thing before, but im glad i met Ayisha and was able to rent her place.... This loft that sleeps MANY, was just perfect!! Centrally located YES, Quiet streets YES, Train Stations near by YES, and also great little coffee shops and eatery all around.... You dont feel like a tourist living on fifth street and being harrased walking out of your apartment by every vendor on the street, and if you feel like being a tourist, you can jump on the train and be there in no time!! Also, the owner was very flexible on having a late check out, due to availability ofcourse, but she was more then accommodating for us..... thanks again Ayisha.......

  My stay at Iesha's apt was a memorable one. It was close to everything (walking distance or 1 or 2 stops on the train). The apt was clean, quiet and extremely cozy. I am looking forward to vacationing there again next year
