The Palms is a 23 unit complex with convenient access to elevators as well as assigned undercover covered parking. Decorated in warm colors the living room area is equipped with a convertible queen size sleeper futon and large 42” TV with DVD player also. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Dining area seats 6 with additional seating available at breakfast island.
Basket with coffee, tea and condiments awaits your arrival - all designed to take the hassle out of your next vacation. Welcome binder with coupons, restaurant recommendations (places only the locals know about) and information about golfing, fishing and shopping! Something for everyone.
Master bedroom features king size bed with full bathroom attached. TV with DVD player in bedroom and access to full size balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico via sliding glass doors off of Master bedroom.
Second guest bedroom has two twin beds with access to second full bathroom and TV and DVD player too. Bathroom is accessible from main hallway too.

We stayed 12 hours in this condo before moving to another unit in the Palms. The carpet is very stained, when we needed an extra blanket we couldn't find one that wasn't stained and dirty. Our biggest problem was the fact that the picture of the view is not representative of this condo. The picture in this description I believe is from the condo I mentioned earlier. The view from this unit is on top of the boardwalk leading to the beach and is only about 12ft above the ground. None of the 8 remotes available for the 2 TVs worked despite changing the batteries. This unit does have WiFi and more windows/light because it is on the end, which was nice. With all that said I would try to do everything in my power to rent from Buz again, he could not have been easier to work with or more accommodating.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have stayed on Okaloosa Island many times over the years and this condo was exceptional. It was clean, spacious and conviently located. The balcony was larger than any other I have stayed in with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Within very short walking distance of a convient store. My family and I will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great access to beach. Beach extremely clean. Condo clean. Beach chair and umbrella not available upon arrival. Just one beach chair and the umbrella stick. Called the manager who immediately obtained a very cheap replacement that would not hold up with any type of wind. Thankfully, I had brought a back up plan. Otherwise, great experience. Very nice folks too!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
