Come see what this charming one bedroom condominium in Mariner’s Walk has to offer! The pool is tropically landscaped in the complex, and you’ll be only steps from the beach. The condominium was completely renovated last year, so there are lots of nice upgrades to enjoy inside too!
When you enter the condominium, the kitchen is just to the right. There are some very nice upgrades here, such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a new color scheme. Directly ahead of it is the dining room which has seating for six. The living room is just forward from there. The décor matches the rest of the condominium that makes it look professionally decorated. It has a TV with DVD player as well as a walk out right to the beach and pool from the connecting screened porch.
The bedroom is upstairs on the 2nd level and has a queen bed, TV, and connecting bathroom with granite countertops. Plus, the window from the room brings in lots of natural sunlight and has some partial views of the ocean!
