Situated Directly On the Beach, Just Beach-N is perfectly suited for multi-families, big families or perhaps that family reunion everyone has been planning for years. What better a place to celebrate than on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast!
There are plenty of spacious living accommodations for everyone ornamented in cozy cottage deco like the front cover page of a Southern Living magazine! The game room offers fun for the kids while the parents can take a minute to themselves in the warm breezy winds straight off the emerald green waters. Sunsets from our porches are simply breathtaking; this will be a vacation to remember!
MAIN HOUSE:
The main floor host two bedrooms (1-Queen & 4-Bunk) and two full baths. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are also on the main floor that opens up to an amazing view of the gulf with a large balcony to enjoy it. There is a surround sound stereo that plays throughout the house and onto the back deck so don’t forget your Jimmy Buffet tunes. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with full bath and a private sun room attached, all with spectacular views of the beach and Gulf. There is also a wet bar with mini fridge and coffee maker so you don’t even have to walk down stair in your PJs.
The CARRIAGE HOUSE is an great addition to the home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is equipped with it own washer and dryer. Like the main house it has a large balcony with seating to enjoy more amazing views of the gulf. It has 6 built in bunks and queen bed. There is also large open area that the entire group can gather in to relax, watch TV, or play a game of Ping Pong. If you’re looking for the guest book to sign it’s right below your feet. The entire floor is ready for you to add your own greeting style. Also in the main area is full refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee machine, and tiki bar.
It doesn’t get any better than being able to step right outside your door and walk down the private boardwalk onto your own beach. Just make sure to rinse the sand off your feet before you re-enter the house in the outdoor shower.

Among the more notable aspects of this wonderful space is its fit and finish -- beautiful floors, wall hangings, decoration, etc. -- a lovely house more like someone's permanent and lovingly furnished home than a vacation rental. The house can't take credit for the view but it can take credit for a unique and fun configuration consisting of two structures -- the beachfront main house and, across a tiny courtyard, a three-story annex with two beds and two baths and a rec room. We've been renting beach houses in this area for a couple of decades and have stayed in some incredible places, but this is definitely among the very best -- good location, beautifully appointed, and with a gracious and responsive owner. Definitely recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
