Relax by the lake in a quiet, deep water cove on beautiful Lake Norman. House is on a large shaded, gentle sloping lot. Park your boat in the boat slip and enjoy the sun as you lounge on the large dock, or the additional deck area.
Our house is located approximately 10 minutes from Mooresville, NC (Race shops) and approximately 40 minutes from Charlotte, NC (Charlotte Motor Speedway and Dragway).
There are a variety of restaurants, movie cinemas, and shopping nearby.

Owners were great. Price was great. House was very nice. The boat dock was absolutely wonderful. Great fishing in the cove and right from the dock. We had a great time! Hopefully we can return in the spring.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Location was great and the house was clean. We were there for 5 days. The weather was sunny and cool. There is a great pier where we were able to fish and park our rental pontoon boat. Nice owner no nonsense billing. Only recommendation is to add wifi since the cell signal is not strong out there. We will certainly go back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Great dock, serene area, large yard & deck, clean and cool home, and grill and floats! Owner was easy to work with and very helpful! We went for a family vacation! Really enjoyed it! We fished and played games outdoors! We also rented a pontoon and jet ski from a local marina and spent a couple days out on the water! Certainly recommend to others and would love to revisit!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The property was as pictured and described, three spacious bedrooms and a beautiful spot on the lake. The house was well equipped for our stay.
