Beautiful Furnished Home with Heated Pool Near Surprise Stadium

  We spent the month of March 2011 in this beautiful home away from home! The house is clean and very functional with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and restful. Lots of room to spread out with a living room and family room. The master suite is also very roomy with a huge walk in closet. The backyard is very appealing with green grass, palm trees and a swimming pool with a water fall. Great location, quiet neighboorhood yet only two blocks off Bell Ave. and close to everything including golf, shopping, and the minor league baseball stadium. Nancy and Carol were great hostesses and extremely easy to work with. This was our first experience with VRBO and we will do it again! We loved our time in Surprise!!

  We stayed two weeks this year. It was so great that we are going back for a full month next February. Great floor plan, with three bedrooms, and a gorgeous patio with a pool and waterfall in the back yard. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping nearby. Don't miss the Paradise Bakery about a mile away. You will love it.

  We had four golfers at this house for a week and it was the ideal location for the courses we wanted to golf. Every course we played was within 30 minutes and a couple of nicer courses were five minutes away. The house was well equipped with the basic necessities and very clean. Shopping and dining out were also very convenient. The owners were very easy to work with. We hope to stay in this house in the future.

  We were very fortunate to rent this lovely vacation home in Surprise, Arizona for the month of February, 2011. It is truely a house that has everything. It is very modern, clean and spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is very tastefully decorated and has everything anyone could ask for. It has internet access and even a printer for your use. We found this useful when making golf reservations as you book online and need a printout of your reservation when you go to the golf course. You do not really have to bring anything with you but your clothes and personal items (including a hair dryer). The house is in a quiet location in an area that is close to everything. It has a lovely back yard with a well maintained pool and water fall and even an orange tree. Lots of warm sun all morning and through the afternoon to enjoy on the lovely patio furniture. The owners who live in Washington, were very pleasant to deal with and the couple who look after the home in Arizona are extremely nice, and looked after every concern (and there were not many) that we might have had. We would recommend this home to anyone. It is really a great place to get away to, and know that everything is as good as it gets.

  We rented this house for a week and found it to be all that it was advertised to be. The house is well kept, the backyard area is very pleasant and the outdoor pool helps on hot days. The location is good with all amenities being close and convenient. We have rented multiple time through VRBO and would highly recommend this property.
