  What a mess! I do NOT recommend this condo to anyone!! When we originally inquired about this condo there was not a telephone number to reach the owners so all communication was done through email. But the owner was not quick at emailing me back. It was a headache in itself. Then once a number was posted on this site, you can't get anyone to call you back. When we arrived at the condo the king size bed headboard was broken and taped up with duck tape. I immediately emailed the owner to let her know and to also let her know there were dirty sheets on the bed. She replied back and said she'd let the "management company" know, yet this is a privately owned condo. Also there were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom doors along with filthy floors. We had to wear our sandals the whole time because our feet would be completely black if we walked around barefoot. ALSO, it does not state this but the condo is not ON THE BEACH, you have to walk across a busy street, which with little ones made us nervous. At night, you could hear the ocean along with mufflers and loud cars...not what we expected. To the biggest problem, we left the condo on August 25 and did not receive our refundable deposit until September 19 (that's almost four weeks later) On September 11, I began trying to contact the owner by email, Facebook, and phone. No one would call us back or respond to our messages. Finally on September 17th the owner sent an email stating that our deposit was going in the mail that day and that the management of the condos was going through a transition. Here's the problem with that....I rented this condo through an owner and sent money to the OWNER, not a management company. I should have had my deposit returned to me within the two weeks from the OWNER. I hope no one else has to deal with this mess we have been through, that is why I took the time to leave feedback and be as detailed as possible.

  The Condo was terrific. It was better in person than what was seen in the pictures.The condo is nice and quiet. The parking is great. I don't think you could ask for better parking. I would definitely recomend this place. I hope to come back again in the near future.

  We really enjoyed our nights in Destin. We truly enjoyed staying in the condo at the Majestic Sun. The condo was nice and clean and had a great view from the 8th floor. The reservation process was smooth and easy. The beach across from the Majestic Sun was clean and beautiful. I would recommend and plan on staying with them again. Thanks for sharing your condo with us !!

  Condo was well represented in the ad. Helpful correspondence made it easy to locate and access. Location afforded great views of the beach and surrounding amenities. Convenient to the Beach,restaurants, shopping, daily and nightly activities. Cost to benefit comparison,for this area, was excellent in our view. Would recommend to anyone requiring listed occupancy requirements. We will be going back at our earliest opportunity:)

  My husband and I have stayed in this condo twice and it was everything that we wanted. Great view, so close to the outlet stores and places to eat. The parking space is not to be bet it couldnt be more than 20 feet to the elevator. Will stay here again.

  Your two bedroom condo was great for our family. We have two small kids and the grandparents came along. We had plenty of room. Great clean, spacious condo. The pictures are exact. Love that the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes are so close. We will certainly rent again!!!

  My husband and my family loved the 2-bedroom condo! It was very spacious, clean, and had an absolutely beautiful view of the gulf. It was extremely close to the shopping outlets, several restaurants, and grocery stores so you never had to go very far to get great food or have some fun shopping! We can't wait to come back!

  This condo is an excellent place to vacation! We have always been extremely pleased with our stays and would recommend anyone we know to stay there! The condo is always clean and well mantained. It also has the best parking spot available... under the building right next to the elevator and no other car can park next to you. Easy access to get your luggage in and out! The view overlooking the beach is beautiful!!
