  One of the reviews here forced me to post my own. It says a TV in the living room would be nice. I stayed here five nights. I sat every morning working looking at the huge 72 inch BAY VIEW. I will rent here again. Clean. Easy access. Great View (repetitious i know.. but it is) at a reasonable price. Its 5 stars all the way baby. To the couple who stayed a month.. what gives. This is a VRBO not a Resort Hotel. BIG DIFFERENCE in your expectations people. KUDOS to the owner.

  We were very disappointed with this property. It had all the things that are in a home..... without any of the comforts. We rented for a month and found 1 set of towels each and only the sheets that were already on the bed. We made a special request and then recieved one more set. As was previously addressed there is not an adequate table for eating. Very sparsely supplied kitchen if you plan on cooking. The on site manager did bring us a card table which was very helpful. The area is quiet and well lit especially in the bedroom at night, I would suggest an eye mask for sleeping. As previously noted, only tv is in the bedroom. It had good internet connectivity. Might work for a short term stay. We left early! Lesson learned, pay attention to the reviews.

  WE STAYED FOR 8 NIGHTS WHEN OUR TIBURON CONDO WAS FLOODED. THE STAFF WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THE APARTMENT WAS IMMACULATE WITH A LOVELY VIEW OF SAUSALITO AND THE MARIN HIGHLANDS ACROSS RICHARDSON'S BAY. A TV IN THE LIVING ROOM WOULD BE NICE BUT ALL IN ALL THIS APARTMENT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND WE ARE THINKING OF BOOKING IT FOR OUR ADULT CHILDREN WHEN THEY VISIT US FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

  "I would actually rate the property 3 1/2 stars. It worked out nicely for us, but some aspects were just a little odd...see the Cons section below. The interior photos are a good representation of the "flat". I'll share our pros and cons. Pros Fair price; convenient; nice view; clean; the bed is comfortable; the unit now has hi-speed wireless connectivity that works great. Cons The only TV is in the bedroom; the sofa is uncomfortable; the kitchen is sparsely furnished, but that may not be a bad thing since there is no dining table; contrary to the listing there is no covered parking and if there is a washer/dryer and a BBQ I do not know where they are and no mention was made of them. Would we stay here again? Yes, it is a fair price and it is in a good location for getting to SF and around southern Marin. Lacy, in the on-site office, was a doll.

  Owner response: We thank all who write helpful reviews! There is a dining area/two chairs in this flat complete with a fantastic bay view while you eat! Kitchens all contain the basics, but if you're needing blender drinks they do not contain the "fluff" of a home someone resides in part time. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers situated in the back of our building close by to the flat. We have alleviated the carport space because it is more convenient to park near the front door. The high rate of occupancy in 2010 spurred our firm to recently add a gorgeous two bedroom two bath for those who want more privacy, more space formal dining and private parking. Thank you again!
