We had a great time staying in this beautiful cabin. It was very neat and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The cabin is very convenient to Pigeon Forge yet is still secluded in the mountains. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone in the future.

My husband and I and our friends recently spent 4 nights at this lovely cabin. It was very clean and quite comfortable. It's remote yet close enough to the many activities nearby. We will all certainly recommed it to our friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

What a wonderful cabin!! Convenient to town, and all the excitement, and to Smokeys, and then to come back to such an inviting home. Our youngest seemed to just leave her swim suit on because she kept getting in and out of the hot tub. The owners were great to work with, and the pictures can't do justice to just how homey the cabin really is. The board games and Yahtzee helped make this such a great family trip. We will highly recommend this cabin to friends and family!

Just came back from a long weekend at Appalachian Joy. Very appropriate name for this cabin. The cabin was spotless and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just far enough out of town to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be convenient to everything. The cabin is great for a weekend getaway for 2 or bring the kids, there is plenty of room. We'll definitely be coming back.

We arrived on Sunday, Dec. 26th, and there was probably 3" or 4" of snow on the ground (and it continued to snow all night). We had no problems traveling until we literally got within 10' of the top of the driveway (almost to the flat part of the drive), then the truck decided that was as far as it wanted to go (I really think the heavy snow and the incline might have had something to do with it as well). However, since the truck was stuck we just stayed there being thankful that we brought enough food. The next day we met one of your neighbors (Tom, who was a very nice guy) and he said that he measured 10" of snow on the top of his truck! Since we were snowed in we just took advantage of it and made the most of it. We made a big snowman on the deck (complete with a vest, hair and a smiley face). We walked around some every day and just enjoyed the beauty of God's creation. We also read God's word, watched TV, played games and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and jacuzzi. Once we walked around we were surprised to learn how many cabins were in the same area (but don't worry - you can't see many from the cabin). We were there for 4 days and never left in the vehicle until it was time to check out. The cabin was very nice, clean and adequately equipped. We really enjoyed the gas log fireplace and we enjoyed playing Yatzee and Monopoly. The cabin was exactly as had been described and the photos were very good. The price was also a great value. We would recommend this cabin and we would also recommend staying in! You might surprise yourself with just how much you will enjoy it. We do have some words of wisdom for the wintertime guests ---- take plenty of food just to be on the safe side!

We found the cabin to be all that we could have hope for - conveniently located but remote enough to provide the right amount of seclusion. Well furnished and decorated - by far the cleanest rental (we are very picky about this aspect) we've ever stayed in - we were comfortable in all aspects in your cabin. We've already recommended this cabin to friends - Best Wishes for the future...

We took a chance renting something different than our usual...and we definitely came out winners! The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Beautiful cabin...very clean and spacious. Cabin has an outside grill to enjoy while enjoying the outdoors and rocking on the front porch. Enjoyed the solitude of the cabin while being less than 10 minutes from all the activities in town...enjoyed Dollywood...took the drive over to Cades Cove...when we left for home we took 441 South...this took us through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park...Cherokee...Dillsborough (lots of craft stores)...and we ended up in Dillard, GA for the night. The drives were absolutely beautiful...make sure to take time to enjoy all the wonderful views and outdoor activities in this area...lots and lots of nature walks! Would definitely rent again.

Our week we spent at the Appalachian Joy cabin on vacation was fabulous! The cabin has a simple layout, cute decor and is VERY clean. We had time for rest, relaxation and solitude ... and the fun in town was only 10 minutes away. I enjoyed the hot tob as well as rocking on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds! The listing description and pictures were accurate, but did not do the cabin justice. It was beautiful! The owners were easy to work with, helpful in answering my questions, and the property was well-maintained. Our family was blessed to stay at your cabin, and will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Vacations are great to look forward too, when they get here they seem to come to an end faster than we want. This has been the greatest 5 days. The fun seeing things in town, shopping, The Stampede. Going to the Biltmore in Ashville, the Choo Choo in Chattanooga. Coming back to the beauty of this cabin, the serenity that is to be found has made for a very full, filling and happy time for all. Thank you for providing a touch of PARADISE!
