My girlfriends and I went on a girls getaway and stayed at Tony and Stephanie's condo. The condo was decorated so beautiful with very tasteful decor. The updated kitchen was an added bonus. We loved spending our evenings on the balcony with the amazing view of the ocean. Tony and Stephanie had everything we needed in the condo. We can't wait until our next stay here!

A great week in Orange Beach! The condo was GREAT and so was the area! We will certainly come back next year and stay in this absolutely awesome condo with awesome owners! What a beautiful condo! We were truly blessed to stay in this condo for 10 weeks, from the granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's, tile floors and comfortable beds this condo has everything you need to have a great vacation. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Stephanie has a real flair for decorating. We cant wait to come back next winter and would highly recommend this condo. Tony and Stephanie were great to work with. Thanks

We stayed for five days over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was terrific! The condo is as nice as the pictures make it look and the view from the 14th floor is amazing. We had a question when we arrived and were able to get the owners on the phone immediately. They were friendly and great to deal with and helped answer our question. We have stayed in some condos before that felt "worn". This one is a step up for sure. Cozy furniture, nice TVs, clean updated kitchen-you can tell it has been taken care of. Highly recommended, we would stay again for sure!

Not only is the condo, the facility and the view outstanding; what is even more impressive is the attention to detail and customer satisfaction provided by Stephanie and Tony. Although I have never met either of them face to face, I would suffice it to say that anyone would be hard pressed to find better folks to deal with during all phases of the rental process. Stephanie is on top of her game and she goes out of her way to ensure that her renter is satisfied and well informed. The most detailed owner's I have ever rented from bar none!

We just spent 3 glorious days at Tony and Stephanie's condo. We loved the view from the 14th floor balcony and the peace and quiet at the beach, pool, and condo. The unit lived up to its description and had everything we could have wished for. We would definitely recommend working with Tony and Stephanie who always responded immediately to any questions we had. You can't go wrong here!

Awesome location for sitting on the balcony watching boats & parasailing early morning - so relaxing! We enjoyed walking down the beach to the rocks at the pass where the boats come in. The owners provided a list of restaurants, activities, etc. We grilled down by the pool and at night the kids went to the movies, played lazer tag, and rode the ferris wheel all nearby at The Wharf. The condo was comfy and decor was lovely. This condo is a great family space and you won't find nicer folks than owners Tony and Stephanie!

Incredible Experience!

I feel horrible that I never completed the review after our experience staying in this condo last year. I thought I'd done it, and now after reading over the reviews for a friend of mine that I referred, I realize it was never posted. So let me begin by saying, Tony and Stephanie were beyond accommodating. They were very easy to contact and gave us a complimentary night because of a small error that was made. Stephanie went above and beyond to fix the mistake as soon as possible, and made sure we were happy. When we arrived at the condo, we were amazed at how clean and beautiful it was. The pictures look great, but in person, it was even better! The furniture, decorations, and appliances were straight out of a magazine and we had everything we needed and more. The kids' room was large and very comfortable. I liked having an extra bathroom for them. The master bedroom was huge and wonderfully comfortable! I loved having access to the balcony from the master bedroom so my husband and I could sneak out there and have a glass of wine after the kids went to bed. The view of the Gulf was breath-taking! We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. There were more than enough towels and other supplies for us to use. Also, the indoor and outdoor pool areas were awesome for the kids! Everything about this place was incredible (hence, the title!)!!! Seriously, I did not have one single complaint. Thank you Stephanie and Tony! We will definitely stay here again on our next beach adventure!

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying this past week and this condo has the best equipped kitchen I have seen. The beds were so comfortable and this unit had everything we could possibly need for our stay. I highly recommend a stay here to anyone coming to Orange Beach.

A property that surpasses expectations!

We spent a week in this beautifully-decorated condo. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. It was like a home away from home with all of the comforts and amenities! We loved the extra bedroom and bath for our kids. The 3 flat screen TVs and washer/dryer were wonderful perks! The property was in a quiet, less-crowded area which was a welcome change to the usual touristy hotel. Most of the time we had the pool area to ourselves. The beach was clean and the views were spectacular. Our family loved the tennis and basketball courts. We also located a beach volleyball net a few condos away which was always available. The photos and description were great, but the property was even nicer in person! Stephanie was very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

This condo was awesome all the way round!! Excellent view, comfy cozy beds, all the comforts of home, and very nicely decorated. The owners were easy to work with and accomodating. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to stay with them again on our future trips to Orange Beach. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone!

My husband and I stayed at Tony and Stephanie's condo just before the New Year, and it was perfect! We've never been to Orange Beach, but we'd heard a lot of great things about the area. Tony and Stephanie are very easy to work with, they delivered exactly what they promised, and there were no surprises. The staff at the Phoenix 8 were awesome too. They gave us information on the area, restaurants to go to, times of year to visit, etc. Tony and Stephanie helped make our first visit to OB a great one with many lasting memories. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will definitely go back.

Were were lucky enough to stay in this condo for our last vacation - the condo was extremely clean, well maintained and had terrific upgrades. My family stayed in this condo a few weeks ago for our family vacation. We had a blast. The condo is very nice and decorated beautiful. This was a perfect place for us. Our 2yr old son loved the kiddy pool and all the different things in and around the condo. The weather was perfect and we could not have asked for a more perfect view. Being on the 14th floor really gives you a wonderful view of the ocean. The owners of this condo were also very nice and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The staff at the Pheonix VIII were very accomidating and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful day. When we would come in after a long day at the beach, they would give our son a popcycle to cool him off, and of course he loved that. We really had a great time and hope to stay in the same condo for our future vacations. I would and have recomended this condo to my family and friends. I can't say it enough, this place was AWESOME!!

We are coming back from Buffalo NY to stay in Tony And Stephanie's condo! Last July with the oil leak Tony and Stephanie helped us out so much...kept us updated on the water down there etc.. Very nice owners to talk to and to rent from. This condo is absolutely beautiful! Our 7th trip to the gulf, this was by far the best condo we have ever rented. We chose the unit for the competitive rate and because the photos clearly showed all the ammenities and they were consistent with the description. No guessing. They are 100% up to date, which is highly unusual in our experience. The unit is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The beds were very comfortable. Two teenage boys had plenty of rrom in the 2nd bedroom and really appreciated the up to date technology (flat screen TVs and DVD players). We were apprehensive about staying in a Phoenix property. They have a reputation for being very busy, especially during Spring Break weeks. However, Phoenix 8 is much smaller than the other properties. We had no problems with crowded pools or long elevator waits. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

This is a great condo to stay at. It is beautifully decorated and what a view. There was not one thing lacking in this condo. Having a washer and dryer was great. I could get laundry done before I had to return home. I had a great time with my daughter and her friends. The pool is large with many chairs. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. If you are looking to stay in Orange Beach, this is definitely the condo to stay at. I can't wait to return.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having TV's in each of the bedrooms. The patio was very spacious and the patio furniture was wonderful. The views from this unit are breathtaking.We loved it and hope to return soon. The owners were exceptional to work with.

"Best Stay Ever"

My Family and I came down for Fall Break Oct 20-23, it was absolutley beautiful in Orange Beach. Not to mention our condo was spectacular. The condo had every thing we needed and more. The view was amazing, We had coffee every morning on the balcony and wine out on the balcony every night. Staying buy the bay was fun to wathc the boats come in out and out everyday and fish. We have come to Orange Beache for several years and this condo has been the best out of them all. We will be back. Thanks, Tony and Stephanie for an amazing vacation with our boys!

I carried my mom and my sister to stay on the beach for a few days. The room was very clean and look great. My sister could not believe how beautiful the view . We were close to shopping and eating places with the grocery store close to our condo. Tony and Stephanie were very helpful and nice to work with us. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Five of my friends and I rented Tony & Stephanie's condo for Labor Day weekend. This was the 1st time 3 of us had ever been to Orange Beach and it was all the Frederic's said it would be. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and was a home away from home. The kitchen was well furnished (if you wanted to cook!) The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. The weather was great. We were able to shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall, The Wharf (which has a lot of unique shops), ate at Lulu's (Jimmy Buffet's sister's restaurant). There was a lot to do and it was all close to the condo. We have all agreed to come back next year. Next year we know not to pack as much. The condo has everything. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

What a wonderful "pre-fall" get-a-way!! I have stayed in numerous condo's in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and this one is definitely on top of the list! It was immaculately clean and the view on the 14th floor was breathtaking..the ocean was beautiful (no tar)! I'd much rather stay in one of the smaller Phoenix's over the larger ones any day!! I also loved the fact that it was further down from all the busy "activity", yet close enough to all the great restaurants.The Tanger Mall and the new Cinema is a must for rainy days, or just relaxing in the condo reading a book, watching TV, or sitting on the balcony...Cobalt's restaurant is a great, romantic must too! Tony & Stephanie are great to work with...never an unanswered email. The condo was fully furnished (with nice things)...they even provided a "packing & travel tip" list. I will stay here again!

My Orange Beach Experience

The condo was wonderful. We had an absolutely great time. Everything was as described in the web posting. I would certainly recommend a beach stay here. The owners were very easy to work with.

MOST RELAXING & STRESS FREE VACATION

My family has been staying at this condo every year since 2001 & this year has been one of our most memorable. Several of my family members meet here every year & we have always all stayed together which has been a little cramped since our kids are getting bigger each year. This year, my husband & I decided to rent our own condo to allow more room for us & so each of our kids could have their own beds. I could tell that this unit was nicely decorated from the photos on the vrbo website, but it was much more beautiful than the photos. From the time we walked through the door, it felt like home. The couch in the living room was deeper than most standard couches which allowed everyone to sit together comfortably while watching a movie on the DVD player & eating popcorn. That just topped off a day of sunning by the pool, then to go eat supper & come back to the room for movie & popcorn & unwind from the day. What a life!!!! Loved it! Stephanie & Tony seem like very nice people. They always responded back promply to my emails inquiring about the beaches & they kept me up to date on the status on the oil crisis. The media has really hurt the businesses down in the Orange Beach & Gulf Shores area, because there were a minimal amount of tar balls in the water. The beaches were as beautiful as they have always been. We are so glad that we took our chances & visited the beautiful Gulf again this year. I plan to vacation here again next year when our family plans to meet again & will definately rent from these owners again. Why look anywhere else when you have the best unit you could have asked for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THESE OWNERS!! A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH.

Fabulous Condo

We haved vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years, but have never had such a wonderful experience. Stephanie and Tony were absolutely wonderful to work with and the condo is outstanding. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and the kitchen is completely furnished for those of us who cook while on vacation. Phoenix VIII is one of the smaller complexes and there is no wait for the elevator. We enjoyed the view from the 14th floor while relaxing on the balcony and the pool as well as the beach. The oil spill was of no consequence to our vacation. There are many great restaurants in the area, and we experienced five of them during our stay. We highly recommend this condo and will be staying here in the future.

Our family of 5, plus a friend had an amazing time in your beautiful condo. The unit is very clean and I loved the decor! I used the big mixing bowls (nice touch that you had those) and the wine glasses too! Loved that you had multiple kool-aid pitchers. Came in handy for drinks for the kids AND drinks for the adults! If you're planning a trip and wondering about oil---do NOT worry! There wasn't any oil that we could find, nor was there any odor!!! I convinced several friends to keep their vacation plans----you will NOT regret it! The area by the mushroom spray thing is all 3 ft. That was great for our young swimmers--they could stand, but also swim with plenty of room. Great open lobby. We were there w/ 3 other families ( who stayed in other condos in same complex) and the men played poker at one of the lobby tables a few times. Bring your charcoal because the pits are not gas! We grilled every single night. It was GREAT!!! Thank you for sharing your condo w/ others. We will tell everyone about you guys and hope to visit again soon!!! The Bourques

My experience with this family and condo was nothing short of wonderful! They were such friendly people to work with and the condo was lovely and relaxing! It was very nicely decorated and made the atmosphere perfect. There is plenty of room and the balcony overlooking the ocean was just gorgeous! The staff at the Phoenix 8 were also very friendly and the pool area is a plus! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I plan to keep it in mind for our future trips! Thanks for a great time!

We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. I really liked that this was a smaller complex than some of the other complexes that we had visited. There was less traffic at the pool and beach area. The view was beautiful. We plan to stay again next year!

Myself and some friends rented the condo for Mullett Toss w/e, and I must say that from the moment we walked in we were awed by how beautiful and clean the condo was! The condo was very close to all the surrounding restaurants and all the hot late night spots;which was a huge plus for us. The place came with full amenities and was very spacious which made it really easy to relax and have a good time. All in all I must say that compared to all the other places i've stayed, and i've stayed at alot I give this condo a big A+. I will definately be making moves to reserve this room for next year!!!!!
