Why the Owner Chose Meadowridge
We were looking for a Colorado ski property. Real estate values and local life style attracted us to Grand County. MeadowRidge was extremely attractive because the pool, tennis and racquetball courts, and fitness room provided the kids with plenty to keep them occupied.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A great "2 Season" property. Fantastic snowy winters provide great skiing, and, terrific (but short) summers provide ample opportunity for golfing, biking, and hiking. Mud season (spring) and fall are short and do not provide much of interest unless you are a hunter!!

What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family... we found it to be a very comfortable place to relax after a great day of skiing. The location was great - no problems. We were sorry we had to leave! Thanks again!

I like Colorado and hope that we get to come back next year. I really like the condo alot. All the levels are interesting. The condo is warm and cozy. I like the fireplace and view.
