First time using VRBO for a great stay!

Thank you for everything. We really did have a great stay. We have always rented through another company (for the past 5 years) and this was our first experience with VRBO and Kiawah Premier Rentals. I was surprised at how easy and reliable it was. I was a bit nervous at first because I was concerned that if there was something wrong with the house that the follow-up or service would not be as good. It exceeded my expectation in that not only was it very prompt, but you were also very friendly. The house was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was great for a large family vacation allowing everyone to help out with the cooking. The outside area although not large is set up nicely to accommodate a large group in that there are plenty of areas to hang out on the deck, Jacuzzi, or just float around in the pool. We really all felt it was our best year yet in Kiawah.

You're so gracious in sharing your beautiful home. We brought our grandchildren, new grandson and parents for a week of family time. We enjoyed every aspect - the porches, grill, pool, TV, guest reading books, kitchen, & every guest having their own room and bathroom. We rented bikes & the guys golfed & fished. Us gals did alot of pool time. We have stayed in 3 different homes on the island and yours is our favorite. We did miss the elevator the other 2 homes had. The quality of your furnishings & kitchen were awesome. Everything worked, which was great & Connie was a pleasure to work with. We definitely made great memories. Thank you.

We had a great time staying at 29 Ocean Course. The house has every amenity you could want and was well maintained. I appreciated you accommodating the early arrivals and personally driving out to the house to drop off the keys when I was delayed by weather. So in general, the house was perfect for our needs and your high level of service ensured that there weren't any issues with our stay. Thanks again.

The house and the views were amazing and Connie was great to work with. The only thing missing was an elevator for the elderly members of our family. The kids loved the kids room on the third floor. Thanks again for heating the pool.

What a wonderful home! Thank you for opening it up to our family. We had a fantastic time - the pool was enjoyed by all dining this very hot & steamy week! 124 degrees heat index. Whoa! It was our first visit to Kiawah Island and plan to return again. It is a very special place. Thank you for the great memories. Your home is beautiful - not a detailed was missed. We really loved being here.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. It's by far the most gorgeous house we've ever been in. We enjoyed sitting out at the pool, golfing, going to the club, ghost crab hunting, enjoying/counting wildlife and going for ice cream. Thank you for everything you've ever done for us and we hope to enjoy your house for years to come. PS: You guys are the greatest grandparents ever!

What a great house! We especially enjoyed being so close to the ocean. We spent lots of time in the pool, riding bikes and evenings on the screened porch. The layout of the house with each bedroom having a separate bathroom was perfect for our three families. During our stay we also went kayaking and dinner at the some of the restaurants at Freshfields. Having access to the golf courses, beach club and club house was terrific. All in all, a wonderful family vacation. We'll be back!

Unbelievable!! This was the first time our family planned a group trip in which we all stayed together. Originally planned summer vacation to the Gulf before the oil spill. Decided to try Kiawah for the first time instead. What a great choice! The island and all its activities were tremendous. Most of our enjoyment came from your beautiful home. We all felt like it was the best resort we'd ever stayed in. With all its amenities, everyone enjoyed each other while swimming, watching tv, grilling on the porch, etc. Thanks again for opening up your home to our family. Memories here will certainly last a lifetime!

Beautiful home! Very gracious to have us. We had a great time! AMAZING WEATHER, Deer, racoons, bobcat (Kentucky WILDCAT!), hawks, and lots of sand dollars. Beautiful home! Very gracious to have us. We had a great time! Amazing weather, deer, racoons, bobcat (Kentucky Wildcat!) hawks, and lots of sand dollars. Thank you for your beautiful home (which we gently used). Just weeks after 4 inches of snow we lucked up and had 5 days of beautiful weather. We rode bikes, played golf, found beautiful sea shells & enjoyed the spa & pool. We have stayed in many lovely homes and want you to know how much we appreciate the fact that every feature in your house worked! What were our favorites? The outdoor grill - awesome, the master shower - wow, and everything about the kitchen - who wouldn't be happy cooking here? Great memories - thanks!
