Ideal for an extended stay in the sun! Restaurants, groceries, and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking in gated area available.

Enjoy sun-soaked days on the mile-long beach with large swimming area. Relax feel the breezes as the sun goes down from the private balcony with a panoramic view of the beach. Hear the waves as you sleep comfortably. Onsite security guards, key access to the beach. The Beach is 100 yards from the building's back door! In a word: Paradise!

This is a non-smoking unit. There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay. Tenants are responsible for any phone charges and pay-per-view movies. Also, those parking in the secure parking lot must buy a $20 parking sticker.

  • This cozy condo felt like home. My husband and I are generally not “beach” people, but we found Luquillo beach irresistible. It’s absolutely gorgeous—the pink-yellow sand is firm enough to walk on barefoot a mile in both directions from the condo. On weekdays in January, we almost had the beach to ourselves. On some days, the waves in front of the condo were big enough for body surfing. A 5-minute car ride from the condo brings you to the breathtaking El Junque, the only rain forest in the U.S. (You can see the mountain peaks of El Junque from the back balcony of the condo.) We hiked a well-constructed path through the lush rain forest up to a huge cascading waterfall with a basin beneath it large enough for bathers. Wear your bathing suit under your hiking clothes! Several very good restaurants are within walking distance of the condo, along with several fast food chains and a large supermarket.

  • Very pleasant accommodation, with balcony overlooking the ocean. Can't beat the beach! Good location away from the city, very near El Junque rainforest--but also an easy drive for a day in San Juan.
