  I recently stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and two girls aged 14 and 12. I found the property amongst numerous others in random internet searching and was VERY fortunate that I chose this one! Tammi was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, especially as we're in Australia and everything was arranged via email. Nothing was a problem, she was extremely prompt with correspondence and the apartment was "as described". This is a great, central location and we were able to walk almost everywhere as it's so handy and quiet. Though the building is somewhat "dated", it and the apartment are in good condition and represented excellent value-for-money for us. We'd go back for sure - thanks for everything Tammi !

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Wow, What a beautiful property, it was everything the pictures promised and more. It was very comfortable and convienently located. We really enjoy our stay. Plenty of amenities and lots and lots of space for a rental in Waikiki. The staff was so pleasant and helpful they even got us passes to free activities. This was the best deal for the money, we will definately come back next year.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Our family stayed here for a week, the pictures shown must be 15yrs old. The kitchen counters were dirty and the wine rack so gross. The carpet needs to be cleaned and,lamps,windowsils,I could go on and on. The window blinds kept breaking so we coulnd't lower them.These are patch with whtie first aid tape. The TV does not work properly, the color is going out so the picture has a green ring to it. The beds are not that comfortable,and sheets are standard seem as old as the bed. The bathrooms are run down no fans. The kitchen was not full functioning. The best part about it was the fridge and icemaker! Only 2 of the 4 burners worked on the stove -- and even the 2 that worked didnt work properly.The light on the out side of the bar top didn't work. The a/c high/low were the same. Then I had to clean BLACK MOLD OFF of the bedroom shutter doors. We had to have mantaince come in twice to clearn something black that was flying out the a/c in the living room and bed room and leaving big chunch of black crap every where. Also the hallway smelt so bad when you turned the corner it just hit you in the face.We did like the location, far enough from the main strip but close enough to walk. Only a block from the beach was great as the beach.It was great having a parking space that was safe in the secure garage as we didnt have to worry about car prowlers. I Will not rent from here again. I was told if I dind't like it I could go across the street. We are going back in June but not here.

This property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest check in. The day before our guests arrive the property and all its appliances are properly checked. We ensure that everything is safe and in proper working condition. This property offers the most updated appliances and electronics, so some guests may find it a little harder to use. We apologize if you found this inconvenient. This is a self-service property therefore there is no maid service unless requested. If maid service isn’t requested, guests are responsible for the cleaning through their stay. This unit is also equipped with full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and all of the modern conveniences for your use free of charge. We encourage that all our guests take full advantage of all the amenities this property has to offer. In response to your complaints we did offer many immediate solutions to remedy your situation, all of which you promptly rejected. You were also offered the option of a full refund if you choose to find lodging elsewhere. However, you chose to remain on the property for the entire duration of your stay. Furthermore, members of your family which exceeded the amount of guests were extremely unruly, noisy and disruptive during the late night hours. The disturbance they cause in the lobby that night prompted the building’s security to call the Honolulu Police Department to intervene. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Our property is a safe haven for family friendly vacationers and the problems you and your family caused will not be tolerated. Consequently security has informed us that you and your family should stay in WA & CA. You will not be welcomed back Therefore all of your claims and grievances are unsubstantiated and have no basis. We have never had any prior complaints and all our previous guests were completely satisfied and enjoyed their stay. It is unfortunate that you and your family had a different experience.

  We stayed there for a week, the pictures do not accurately reflect the property. It isnt as nice as the photos make it to be. The TV does not work properly, the color is going out so the picture has a green tint to it. The beds are not that comfortable, seem to be very old. The bathrooms are run down. The kitchen was not full functioning. The best part about it was the fridge and icemaker! Only 2 of the 4 burners worked on the stove -- and even the 2 that worked didnt work properly. Either HIGH or OFF. No medium heat. We did like the location, far enough from the main strip but close enough to walk. Only a block from the beach was great as the beach that is in front of the Hilton is not as busy as Waikiki beach. Best breakfast place was right on the corner behind Red Lobster, The Harbor. Amazing food!!!! It was great having a parking space that was safe in the secure garage as we didnt have to worry about car prowlers. We would not rent this property again. But I would go back to the island of Oahu again!!!

  Owner response: pictures are taken directly from apt, TV needs to be upgraded but it works fine, beds are to each persons preference (firm or soft) bathrooms are not run down, major renovation was done couple years ago, yes, only 2 burners worked, its flat top custom cooktop and has to be place on order can't replace in one week. customer should of left if she was not happy, we are happy to refund money. she paid next to nothing for a 1200 sq ft apt with beautiful panaramic ocean and mountainview, she can go to hilton across street and pay 4X the money overall, they also fought with security and got me two violations for the week
