Anna Maria Island is a beautiful tropical barrier island on the west coast of Florida nestled between Sarasota Bay and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our family fell in love with this low key and laid back island with its pristine white beaches and "Old Florida" charm. If you are looking for glitz and discos, try Miami. Anna Maria is about flip flops, sundresses and relaxation.
Our "Soleil Beach House" is an elevated home constructed in 2009. All of the appliances, furnishings, and finishes are brand new and top of the line. We have been repeatedly complimented about our decadent linens and the comfort of our beds. We have three different decks. Two are covered and surrounded by coconut palms and the third is a sky deck on the 4th floor of the home.
We welcome children and guarantee they will love our home. Our garage is full of beach equipment, bikes, kayaks, rafts and assorted toys.
Our location is very central and within walking distance to many charming restaurants and shops. Hop on the free trolley to explore the rest of the island. The beach is directly across the street, about 30 steps. Parents can enjoy a cool drink on the deck while watching the kids play on the beach. At night enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in the world as the sun sinks slowly into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. We love it here and we hope you will too!

Wow! What can we say? We will try. This is our second stay at this property and Bill and Colleen are the best! The house was as last time, impecable, incredibly decorated with every amenity anyone would need! The house had wireless internet, cable TV, soap, detergent, tissues, napkins, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap usb adapters for charging devices, and well, anything your heart desires! We liked Bannana Cabana (400 feet or so from the house), and please do the early bird at the Lazy Lobster! They have a great Lobster dinner for $14.00 and everything on the menu is delicious (we dined there 3 times during our four night stay). The pristine white sand beach is a 30 second walk and you can watch your friends or kids from the house! Thanks Bill and Colleen for your hospitality! See you again soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Everything is the best! beach is gorgeous & food is great! Plenty to do or just forget about everything & just relax in the sand!!
