The house has two decks and a fully finished basement. The basement includes a sitting area, game area (including a pool table, foosball, and darts) and sleeping area with the third full bathroom. The main floor has the living areas with the large deck, kitchen, master bedroom, and full bath. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and a full bath with a deck off one of the bedrooms.

All renters have use of Premier Member Passes:
* Passes for use of the resort facilities with a 10% discount.
* Premier parking pass for parking close to the main lodge.
