This unit is newly redecorated and is furnished with all new, beautiful furniture and accessories. The kitchen is completely furnished for your cooking pleasure. The dining area has a beautiful glass table and 6 comfortable chairs. The living room is large and has a 50' TV, and very comfortable furniture. The sliders open up a full 12' to the huge lanai, where you can sit and watch boat activity below. The washer and dryer are in an enclosed area at the opposite end of the lanai, where you can easily access the master bedroom. The MB has a beautiful bedroom suite featuring a queen bed, 2 nightstands and a large dresser. No need to live out of your suitcase! There is also a large walk-in closet and nicely decorated master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be joined to make a king bed, and a walk in closet, plus its own bathroom with tub. There is plenty of storage space for your suitcases, shopping bags, whatever. There is also a pack n play for the baby, and a double size airbed for additional sleeping.
Casa Marina has a nice, warm 27' x 57' pool and plenty of lounge chairs for you to rest on after you do morning water aerobics! There are many activities close by including kayaking, biking, boating, parasailing, fishing, golfing, hiking, and the list goes on. There will be information in the condo so you can contact and make arrangements for whatever you desire to do.
The beach is a short 10 min. walk. We even have beach towels and a couple beach chairs for your use. Also, the trolley runs up and down Estero Blvd., bringing you anywhere you want to go for .50! There are restaurants, theatre, grocery store, library, pier, and Times Square, all within a few miles.
We think Fort Myers Beach is a great place to vacation, and we think our condo is really a nice place to stay. But, don't take our word for it. You really need to check this out for yourself!
