  I just came back from my trip to NYC and had the opportunity at one of Valentine Rentals apartment at Fort George Ave. Stayed there for 12 days. The apartment was great, very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment, everything was intact when we got in. There are two metro stations close to the building, I recommend to use line 1 as the station is a bit closer. It will take 30 min to be at Times Square. We actually stayed at the apartment at the time hurricane Sandy was passing to NYC and we have to stay extra days. Valentine staff was very kind with us and helped us to stay longer at the apartment as our flight was cancelled. If you are planning to visiting the Big Apple, this is a good option.

  I actually wrote a review for both apartments that we had stayed during our visit in New York.Anyways ,we stayed here in this apartment upon arrival from Washington,Dc. for 4 days and moved to another apartment in washington heights till our departure date.Everything was superb,locations,ammenities.The apartments are well kept and very clean.Its like your in a first class hotel.Though we really barely stayed in the apartment coz we were always on the go,but it was a good feeling that after a long day outside,you have a place waiting where you can relax and be ready for the next day.The kids loved it too,there's a tv and wifi which was very convenient for all of us.Washateria was just around the corner and very close to convenients stores and very close to subway,which was a plus.Sergio was always there if you need something,anything you can think of and he will do wonders.Helped us with our ride to Newark Airport and even allowed us to stay longer in the other apartment.Checked out time was 11:00 am and let us stayed for couple of hours.When you are talking to Sergio or Fabiana, seems you knew them for a long time.Super super down to earth persons.So whoever is out there looking for a place to stay..Sergio is the man..I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and relatives.Sergio and Fabiana thank you so much for making our stay in New York a memorable one and stressed free.Godspeed!!!

  It was a Sunday night at 10pm and I was stuck and in need of a place ASAP. NO PROBLEM! The owner accommodated me right away with a place that was so large, I almost forgot I was still in NYC. The apartments are HUGE, and nothing like the shoe box size places we normally see in the city. This place was newly decorated with updated kitchens, granite counters, stainless appliances, chic tile in the bathrooms, hardwood floors, etc. Cable had every channel I wanted and the WiFi was very reliable. Did I mention it was HUGE? So much so, I almost felt guilty I was the only one staying there. If you're coming to the city, would like a spacious and comfortable place to rest, and don't mind about a 25 minute subway ride into the city, I highly recommend this place. Sergio, the owner, is a fair and decent guy who will take good care of you!

  we rented from Sept 24 to Sept 26 2010, It was a very good price , one block away from the subway, lot of grocery around, 24 hour restaurant, Daniel (the guy who was waiting for us for the key) was VERY VERY helpful !! giving good advice, we were 6. the sofa bed might be to small for 2 mens, i brought my own air matress , linens and lots of big towels are provided by the owner, wifi internet didnt work 50% of the time but we didnt really need it, FOR SURE I WILL RENT again with valentines rental !! alyne from Montreal, thank you very much !

  Great apartment. Looks like photos. Clean, with ample towels, linens, even a hair dryer. Staff helpful in answering questions. Huge by New York standards. Easy walk to subway, bus, groceries, restaurants. Free street parking. Felt very safe in neighborhood - always lots of people on the streets. About 25 minutes to mid-town tourist-attractions, but well worth the ride for the price, size, and amenities of the apartment.
