Our vacation villa is fully furnished and available year-round. Beautifully decorated and updated in 2011. Located in the B building on 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. The resort features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, and a beach-front, pool-side restaurant/bar. The beach is a private beach for Resort guests only. The ocean-front pool located beside the Villa is one the largest on the island and is only steps away from your door! Rent for a week or more!
On-site security, a convenience store, 10 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, fitness room, BBQ grills, onsite Sports Bar, a playground for the kids, a catch and release fishing lagoon, onsite bike rentals and conveniently located washers and dryers are just a few of the included amenities!

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was very clean, cozy and like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. The access to the beach was great and the pool much larger than most. We hope we get an opportunity to return and would recommend to family and friends heading to Hilton Head.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I loved our stay in this unit. It was a great location, comfortable, and clean as could be. So close to the pool and ocean. When we come back next year, this is where we will stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Nice condo, well appointed, clean and well maintained. Balcony rocking chairs were a delightful touch. Security is excellent. Everyone at the resort wears a smile and greets each other without hesitation! Pool is large; particularly loved the sections of chairs covered with an awning for those who are more comfortable in shade. We spent several days exploring Savannah, GA. It was an easy 45 minute drive away and a very charming city.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. What a beautiful week! The villa was perfect-well decorated and with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed eating out at The Salty Dog, Wild Wing and Gatorz Pizza. Fishing was great at sunset. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our experience was very nice. Very clean unit, close to beach and pool. The owners were very easy to work with and I would recommend it to someone. We really enjoyed our week in your condo. It was very tastefully decorated and well stocked with all the furbishings of home. We really enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the porch. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. I would highly recommend your place to other people. The beach and tennis resort in itself was very nice. Our proximity to the beach and pool was so nice. The resort was very clean and very secure.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Hi, my name is Tom, my wife Lynne and my sister-n-law, Kathy, purchased this condo in the summer of 2009. We live in Cincinnati, OH. My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 20 years and really enjoy visiting the island. Our kids just love the beach and the family activities on the island. So, we decided to buy a villa to share this wonderful beach experience with friends and family.
