Private beach community with two private community beaches and miles of beach walking and shelling. Also within walking distance of Misquamicut state beach and within short driving distance of several other beautiful RI state beaches.
In addition to the many beautiful beaches, the area is rich with other activities including nearby scenic Watch Hill, Newport, and Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Quiet community roads are ideal for scenic bike rides. 45 minute drive to historic Providence, RI for city shopping, dining and cultural activities.
Have your morning coffee and your barbecues on the sunny private deck. Private enclosed outdoor hot water shower for rinsing off beach sand or to shower while others use the indoor bathroom. Large front yard suitable for kids play or volleyball, with a large field across the private street for softball or similar activities.

Our vacation in Weekapaug was fabulous. The well maintained cottage is situated in a quiet and private lot not too far from the beach. It provided all the amenities of home including internet access. The sea side community is so pretty with well maintained homes and gardens. It was a pleasure to take long walks and embrace the scenery and the ocean views. The private beaches are equally beautiful and clean without crowds. The cottage provides beach passes and a parking sticker for the car which is a bonus. The people who live and stay in this area are very friendly and welcoming. There are night time activities in the local area and plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. I would recommend staying here for a relaxing time away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This cottage was a perfect location. The yard was fantastic for little kids. Walking or biking to the beach was a joy! The house had everything anyone could need for a fun family vaction. The deck and the grill were ideal for family dinners. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vaction.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this rustic house. It was evident that the owners had their renters’ comfort in mind—the beds are comfy, fresh flowers on the dining table awaited our arrival, the outdoor shower is huge and has a separate dressing area, the yard is nicely landscaped, the full cellar has a newer washer and dryer and a ping pong table that kept the kids busy for the half a rainy day we had. The walk to the beach was easy, and the beach is great. If you have gear, you can drive and use the parking pass that is provided. We are grateful to the owners for anticipating the needs of the weekly visitors and for making our stay so comfortable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the Down Payment. Cancellations from 30-60 days prior to the arrival date forfeit the Down Payment and the initial 50% Rental Fee payment. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and/or that are made within 30 day forfeit all payments made.
20% deposit due with signed rental agreement to hold reservation. $200 pet deposit upon owner approval. 50% of remainder due 60 days before check in, balance due 30 days before check in.
