  I have just spent one month at this condo and it exceeded all of my expectations! I could tell when choosing this property by the pictures that it was going to be a lovely place. I did not know that the pictures could not show how truly relaxing it would be for me. Sitting on the lani and hearing the cascading water outside and palm trees blowing in the wind everyday was so peaceful. Every room has this beautiful view! I was able to see and take pictures of many Naples sunsets (no 2 were alike). I took a short walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach from the condo, and this soon became something I looked forward to each evening! The owner was at all times helpful and responsive to any question and made sure my stay was perfect. She emailed coupons to some local restaurants. Each restaurant she recommended had excellent food (and we saved money with the coupons as well). One item that is not mentioned is the beach parking pass provided by the owner which will allow you to park without paying $10 each time you go to the beach. It was all the little things; nice people that work here and even repaired my bicycle and knew me by name that made it so special. I could stay here forever! I feel so blessed to have been able to spend such a wonderful month here & so sad to leave. Thank you for the time I have had here to relax and recharge! I love Naples, FL!

  The unit was very comfortable and well furnished. The online photographs represented it accurately. It was in a very convenient location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The amenities were excellent. The owner kept in touch and helped resolve some maintenance issues. We visited Tin City, City Dock, Olde Naples and Captiva Island, but most of our time was spent at family functions.

  I would recommend this property to all my friends and family, the property was beautiful everything was just as it looked in the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and had every household item we needed and more. The grounds were picturesque with waterfalls and so much nature. The owner was very helpful through the whole process and was easy to contact. I honestly can't wait to go back!!

  This condo offered everything the owner promised...and even more. Accomodations were very clean, extremely convenient to nearby stores, with a lovely view of the property. Nothing but pleasant surprises. Owner was very gracious with offering the use of additional items. Also, owner was very good about communicating infomation back and forth. The pool area was spacious and very clean. The staff on site was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Can't wait to return once again for a relaxing vacation at Park Shore. Highly recommend this condo with a perfect location.

  Just back home to Canada after a spectacular stay at this condo in the Park Shore Resort. I wish I could turn around and go right back! The condo and entire complex is super clean and in the perfect location. I could easily walk or drive to every grocery store, restaurant and beach to fill my requirements. The huge pool and fantastic hut tub were perfectly located in the complex with nice views. By that, I mean you can relax in comfort and gaze at the sky and surrounding palms and waterfall. I don't think any other condo in the complex could match the view. Perfectly situated with a 3rd floor view looking at to the the tops of palms and other greenery. Can't imagine anyone being able to look in - what can I say...I like my privacy. I'm a big hiker and had time to explore many other parts of Naples. Even if I had a unlimited budget, this was the perfect choice. A friendly/family casualness to the property, but with the right balance of privacy/security. It was my home away from home.

  Newly furnished condo in Park Shore Resort. Very bright, clean and comfortable. Location on 2nd floor gives a beatiful view of the tropical gardens, fountains and walkways. Large lanai and bistro table to enjoy any meal of the day. Well equipped including washer/dryer and chairs for the beach. Plus a beach pass which is invaluable . Owner very accommodating. Can't wait to return to this lovely condo in Park Shore resort.
