The condo was very clean and pretty. It had everything you could possible need in it. Very comfortable beds and a great location! This was our first ever family vacation. Susy and Brooke were the best! Couldn't ask for more helpful and accommodating people. I would have given 5 stars but we didn't arrive till late Sunday night, actually after midnight. The realtor left a note on the door saying she had to do a walk thru on that Monday morning at 10 because the condo had been sold. I called the number she left and left her a message because we had paid for things to do that day but she didn't call back so I had to drop out of our plans that were already paid for to accommodate her. I really didn't think this was fair but it was Susy or Brooks fault.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Had an excellent time at The Hangout Music Festival. The condo was just as described and was just perfect for the weekend. The unit was clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. The owner went out of her way to answer any and all questions and was very easy to work with. Would certainly recommend this unit and this owner when planning a trip to Gulf Shores. We plan on a return visit. Security deposit was returned in a very timely manner. A+++++Recommended for: Families with young children.
