Marina Papagayo is a dream realized combining the ultimate in exceptional marine life and soul moving residential living. Center Point, at Marina Center Papagayo, is a luxury residence newly designed by Zurcher Architects and MBSCO. The property is ideal for family or group holidays and provides for individual privacy with two separate floors, each including a master suite and guest room, chef's kitchen (Poggenpohl/Miele design), en suite marble baths (Hansgrohe Axor fixtures/rain shower systems) and expansive dining and living areas. Access is through a private entrance and elevator which opens directly into the residence foyer. The property can be leased as a four or two bedroom residence.
The view is incredible. The Center Point Residence is the "closest residence to the water" marina property in Costa Rica with sweeping views of the Bay of Papagayo. Each floor features a 500 square foot balcony with sliding glass walls, providing indoor/outdoor living unique to any other. The residence totals 4,000 square feet. All bedrooms feature balconies with water views and electronic "black out" blinds at the touch of a button. Star gazing is included via a Meade LS7 telescope with GPS star tracking.
Marina Papagayo is the only luxury Marina in Costa Rica with 180 slips hosting some of the world's largest yachts. Marina Center Papagayo is the first Marina residential development with swimming pool, gym, business center and restaurant “Dive Bar” directly situated on the Marina waterfront. The Center Point Residence at the Marina Center, provides access to the Peninsula Papagayo Club including Arnold Palmer golf course, Play Prieta Beach Club and numerous restaurants. The Four Seasons Resort Restaurants and Spa are available via reservation. Daily maid service and concierge included.
The Center Point Residence provides exclusive access to the “Zara”, a 53 ft luxury sport fishing and motor yacht with captain/crew. Pricing available upon request.

This was our third visit over the past 2 years to this incredible residence. This time we broughr our two teenage sons, and they had an absolute blast. Our prevoius vistis were a girls weekend and a wedding anniversay trip. The accomdations are beyond lovely, wonderfully equipped and so comfortable. The views aer just incredibile. This visit was a little different for us with the boys, but the concierge was able to arrange activities that ranged from white water rafting to a day trip to Nicaragua. Fishing on ZARA was the highlight of the trip. We of course made time to relax at the Playa Prieta beach club, and enjoyed dinner at the Four Seasons. We are so impressed with the versatility of Penninsula Papagayo; beautiful beaches, luxury accomodations and (if you are so inclined) plenty of adventure outdoor activites. Thanks again to the charming owners, and their great staff for making this one of out best family vacations EVER!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We knew we made the right choice for our vacation the moment we walked into to this beautiful and tastefully appointed condo. Every detail exceeded our expectations - including the fabulous view of the marina. The Zara yacht was equally impressive! Great captain and we caught our fill of game fish - much better than in the Bahamas. Our family of four also enjoyed golfing, surfing and beaching. The pristine nature in this area is absolutely amazing. We are definitley planning a return trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: The private owners are international travelers with residence in Europe, who have enjoyed Costa Rica for the last decade. The Guanacaste area is particularly special due to its blue zone status, dramatic coastline and diverse nature, both marine and land.

The family developed the Center Point Residence for its sweeping views of the Bay of Papagayo, world class fishing and motor yachting. They have been guests at the Four Seasons Resort since its opening and were seeking a location also at the Peninsula Papagayo which provides an exclusive master plan development and security. They also enjoy the membership to the Peninsula Papagayo Club which includes the Arnold Palmer Golf Course, Playa Prieta Beach Club and incredible wildlife that abounds. Nearby, the Ellerstina Polo Club is also a wonderful place for equestrian enthusiasts.

The Center Point Residence is like no other property in Costa Rica due to its close proximity "on the water". The panoramic views of the Bay of Papagayo are incredible whether sitting in the living room or on the balcony. Enjoy your Costa Rican coffee while watching the morning sunrise. The evening hour with the sun coming down and the boats venturing home is truly special. It feels like an aquarium as you look over the infinity view balcony to the water with schools of fish at play. The property was developed for indoor/outdoor living and has unique sliding glass walls which allow for the open breeze or air conditioned space. The internal elevator is a great benefit for families seeking individual privacy with bedrooms split between the two floors as well as private relaxing areas. Center Point Marina is a fabulous retreat.
