The Unique Benefits at this HouseThis home has 5BR/3BA and able to sleep 12. The upper level has 3BR/2BA, family room, dining room, kitchen & sun porch. A bar faces the fully equiped kitchen with only steps to an outdoor patio & grill station complete with outdoor furniture. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and the Master BR has a door to the private deck for outstanding views of Kentucky Lake and a natural bird retreat. The lower level has 2BR/1BA (sleeps 6, eat-in kitchen, bar and game room). Access to the landscaped yard, outdoor patio and sitting area is through two different patio doors. Great fishing is available right from the covered dock with year round deep water access. Adequate truck and boat parking is available in addition to the circular drive for easy in and out access. The house is beautiful, much larger than we expected. Everything was very clean, well decorated and convenient. Our family of 10 fit perfectly in the well appointed space. Two roomy living areas, three counting the sun room and five spacious bedrooms. Couldn't have worked out better for our group. Thanks Tanya!

We knew from the moment we entered the sunporch that we would enjoy this house. Absolutely amazing...spacious, beautifully decorated house. WELL WORTH the rental price. Get your group or family together and rent this house. Your jaw will drop before you even get past the living room! We are all already hoping to return next year! Fantastic, helpful owner too!

This property is everything you might expect and more! The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. So much room for your group to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The owners were extremely helpful and the house was immaculate. We hope to return and would recommend to anyone.

Our family rented this lovely house the end of May and couldn't have been more pleased! All 5 families had there own fabulously decorated bedroom and the 2 living areas were huge! The pictures do not do it justice! It really is an amazing home, nothing is spared! Not to mention how many amenities are included! We had so much fun on the lovely dock and had room for a 28 foot boat plus another in the slips! The owners are so kind and helpful! Just perfect! I am now looking to book it in the fall and I am sure this will be our yearly lake retreat!

I've been coming to KY Lake for years and this was the nicest house I've stayed in yet. Multiple families can stay in this house-- with 3 BR upstairs and 2 downstairs and large living areas & porches, you can all spread out comfortably. The house is bigger in person than in the pictures. We had young children and because the house is brand new/remodeled, I was nervous. (Don't drop anything on the carpet!!) It's a beautiful home in a quiet area. The only thing that would have been helpful was some info from the owner in the house about check-out procedures, phone #,or where to find grocery store etc. I had to call the owner a few times while I was there to ask questions. Also, the house is located on a hill with a walk down to the dock and lake. It's easier to drive your car to the dock if you have lots of coolers or equipment for the boat. Although it's a pretty lake view, you aren't right on the lake. We had a great time and I definitely recommmend it.

We just stayed at this home over the weekend. The house is beautiful and the owner was very helpful in planning our weekend stay. We would highly recommend staying at this home! The house is nicely decorated and has plenty of room for large families or friends.
