Large walkout rambler on Alexandria's Chain of Lakes. Experience beautiful sunsets right from the deck. This property comes with 100 ft of lakeshore with approximately 25 ft of good sand beach. It has 40 feet of docks including two captains chairs for easy fishing. There is one regular boat lift and one pontoon lift for your convenience. Downstairs family room walks out to concrete patio that extends to the beach.
Patio furniture is included with this rental for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The kitchen has a new Samsung electric stove, microwave and a new refrigerator with an ice maker, and a new dishwasher. Two dining areas to eat your meals. Our favorite spot is the one that overlooks the lake. cable television in basement sleeping area, living room and 1 bedroom. The bathroom in the basement is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. In 2012 we remodeled one of the 3/4 upstairs bathrooms. All other bathrooms are 3/4 baths with showers only.
This is a great place for family reunions and group gatherings. Lots of table space for hobbyists to do quilting, scrapbooking, etc.
Our lakehome is located between two private lake home properties. We reserve the right to ask for quiet after midnight out of respect for our neighbors.

Convenient location approximately 2 hours from the Twin Cities. Our home is located close to Alexandria where there are many unique shops, Carlos Vineyard, restaurants, beautiful parks, and a public beach with life guards through out the summer. Alexandria is a very community minded, clean town. It truly is an easy place to get to and a hard place to leave.
