This was our 1st time booking a condo through VRBO. We have stayed at the Palazzo several times and this was by far the nicest unit. Everything was clean and in working order. It was great to be able to go straight to your condo and program your own code into the door key. Loved the fast elevators. The condo was within walking distance to resturants, grocery stores, and shopping. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. We hope to be back very soon. A beautiful vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our second year staying at John and Eric's condo. We had another great experience! Everything was clean. There were plenty of towels. The recently updated flooring made clean up an ease. No carpet for sand to get into! We plan on staying here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved this Condo!! It always scary to see what you're renting til you get there, but this was a very nice condo. It was clean and had a beautiful view. We do wish they would put the beach chairs a little futher apart. You could bearly walk between them. Other than that everything was WONDERFUL!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway

We booked this unit last minute for Easter break. We have never rented a condo before for vacation but after this trip we certianly will. Eric & John were easy to deal with and communication via email worked great! We just pulled into the condo parking lot went to the room and we were set for the week. Great place, people and location!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My expectations were set very high and I was not disappointed. Everything was clean. We did not need to call him for anything. Everything was in working order that we needed. When we first considered renting via the internet, we were leery. We checked out this unit and felt it would fill our needs for the week. We were very excited when we arrived to find that this unit as well as the Palazzo was well above our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It seems much larger in person because of the high ceilings as well as the wall of windows facing the gulf. It was clean and the appliances and televisions were better than our own home. The kitchen had every known cooking utensil you would need. The elevators were extremely fast(we were on the 16th floor) and the view was gorgeous. We were within walking distance to the shops at the Pier Park. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and hopefully plan on returning in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Had a great time. The condo was home away from home loved the balcony furniture a far cry from the plastic chairs and tables with most rentals. Eric And John were Great! Had deposit refund check within three days of return. Thanks Guys!Recommended for: Romantic getaway

It was my priviledge to stay here during winter months 2010-11 This condo is well furnished and is clean with a nice supply of everything. Eric is accessible and helpful as is John. I loved the decor. Loved every room! I wish I could return. It was all so perfect!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Rented this unit for the month of November 2010. Facilities were excellent and convenient and John and Eric were great to deal with. My husband and I love the location and find attractions and shops, etc. conveniently close by. The unit was clean and the description and fotos are an accurate representation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I stayed here end of Sept. and found this unit to be beautiful. I loved the fact that you can program your own 'code' into the door key.....don't have to worry with keys or their codes. The condo was very clean, nice furniture and everything you need. Check in was just putting in your code at the parking garage, how simple....and the security made me feel safe since I was by myself.........wonderful vacation!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My family stayed at this condo the week of June 12th. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The pictures do not reflect how beautiful the condo, the building and the beaches were. John made it easy to rent and he was very responsive to my inquiry and emails. The ease of using a door code instead of keeping up with a key/key card made it nice too. The building was very quiet too.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
