Welcome to our Condos & Townhome at QUAIL RUN in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where the annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term "Champagne Powder" was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. Suzie and Tom and Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. At QUAIL RUN we offer Two (2) Bedroom condos and Three (3) Bedroom Townhomes that are located approximately ¾ of a mile from the Gondola/Base area and the slopes. These homes are the perfect spot for a family vacation.

The Two (2) Bedroom condos each have Two (2) Baths and are on one level.
Townhome:
Three (3) Bedrooms with Three (3) full baths on muli-levels.
Great for that family get together and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home is fully furnished and fully equipped, including the well appointed kitchen. Need to relax after a long day on the mountain climb in to the hot tub at the complex or curl up by the fireplace with a good book. Right off the living room is the deck with a great view of the mountain, and BBQ grill. For those who want to keep in touch with the world outside Steamboat the home offers wireless high speed internet. For the kids (and adults) there are TV’s throughout the home. There is a two (2) car heated garage and washer/dryer in the home.
