The unique and beautiful remodeled home sits on a quiet ocean access wide canal with dockage available for your boat up to 50 feet. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated inside. A custom heated pool and hot tub outside. Play in the pool or relax in the hot tub and watch the boats go by or rent your own boat and dock it right here. Fishing and diving trips can easily be arranged. We have a beautiful stainless applianced kitchen fit for any gourmet cook with new cabinets and enormous granite counter tops and stools to seat six while overlooking the pool and canal. Panoramic water views from the kitchen, dining and living room. Large patio for relaxing and BBQs.
Enjoy our 42" HDTV in the Living Room with full cable service. The master and guest bedroom have TV also.
Take your boat or a rental boat to restaurants, beaches, the ocean, Ft. Lauderdale or explore the many local canals. Golf and beaches are minutes away and some of the best shopping in the world is right here. My wife and I, along with our two married children and one 18 mo old granddaughter stayed here for 11 days over the holidays. We couldn't have been happier! There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other's company, while having enough space to get away for some "private time" as well. The kitchen is well equipped, and all appliances and other facilities worked as advertised. Bill was a great host and was always available when we had a question about anything. What you see in the pictures is what you get...and more -- we would return for another stay if/when we are in the Miami area again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented the house for New Year's Eve period. The house is really beautifull, everything waht you need, best location...and the owner, Bill, is a very nice person. Thank you Bill and we hope to come back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this home in May 2010 and the home was just lovely. Home is centrally located - and just a few minutes away from from Publix supermarket. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our one week stay. Owner of the home lives nearby and is very responsive with any questions/requests you may have. I would highly recommend to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
