Come and stay at our Essex Escape. Enjoy all the comforts of home. This lovely complex is in the highly desirable South End area of Marco Island. This well maintained condo is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. On the famous Collier Boulevard, Partial Gulf view from screened in lanai.

Your condo is in excellent condition on floor two of five with an elevator. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have TV's. Living room has a pull-out sofabed with TV, VCR, and stereo. Will sleep four to six comfortably. Also includes a full-size washer and dryer and dishwasher. Sorry this is a Non-Smoking unit and No Pets are permitted.

Enjoy the best beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Just across the street. Rental includes five beach chairs, beach umbrella, two chair caddies, small beach cooler, and grille. Don't feel like walking to the beach, heated pool, and tennis courts are right downstairs.

Like shopping and dining? You are only a short drive or an easy six minute walk to restaurants, stores, and the Marco Island movie theater, where you can enjoy dinner or snacks while you watch your favorite movie.

Come experience the beauty of Marco Island. Watch dolphins and pelicans play in the Gulf of Mexico while you enjoy the most beautiful sunsets ever!
