Location, Location, Location? Got it! Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall - You Can Have it All!
At least 10 Ski resorts in the area, with 3 close by for your greatest powder snow experience. Olympic Village (2002) is out the door & down the road, as is The Canyons - a handy 5-7 minutes. Park City Mountain Resort 10 minutes. Deer Valley 15 minutes. Park City itself abounds with ski/snow board services & facilities.
Other seasons are full of Park City events and entertainment. One owner loves Winter & enjoys other seasons. Other owner loves Summer, Fall & enjoys Winter.
Our 'Retreat' is not an average condo. It's unique, comfortable, a corner unit w/lots of light & great views. A large balcony adds openness.
Foyer says 'HELLO' & provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, closet for skis, etc.
Foyer & kitchen have slate flooring.
Kitchen is ready & well stocked. Cooking not your thing? Try a visit to Redstone and New Park area across the road (intersection w/light close by). Restaurants galore along with Whole Foods (1 of the best!) & Smiths Grocery, both with prepared goodies to go (Yum). On our side of road: McDonalds, Ruby Tuesday, Taco Bell & Arby's.
Master Bedroom - King Size bed with new pillow top mattress. Spacious walk-in closet. Large soak tub/shower & double sink vanity in roomy master bath. Second bedroom - Twin beds. Converter provided for change to King bed. New mattresses. Ample 2 door closet. Second bath with tub/shower. Hairdryer, toiletries, slate floors in both baths. Both bedrooms carpeted. Tucked in a closet are 2 new plug-in inflatable mattresses which are more likely sleep inducing than queen sleeper sofa.
Carpeted family room is mega welcoming! Exudes comfort. The end unit condo features wrap around windows for light and views. Flat screen TV, DVD. Round pine dining table has 2 extensions. Counter has 4 bar stools.
We appreciate the security that comes with all the buildings at Crestview & find it a big plus.
Our family loves Park City and our Retreat. We would be honored to have you join our friends who rent & enjoy, many who ultimately fall in 'like' (& love) with Park City, its' residents, businesses, life style, events, low humidity weather!

We will be departing the 27th & wishing we could stay another 3 weeks... This condo indeed is a "Retreat" . Furnishings are comfy and well chosen. Liked the master bedroom (We want that bed!). Large ample closet and master bath. Our week-end guests had good reports re the twin beds in guest room which were made into a king (please send us an email telling where you purchased the simple gear to transform from twins to king). The location of Crestview gets kudos Our children (young adults) will be contacting you for ski season rental.

Our group had a great long wk-end skiing fest & really enjoyed not only your comfortable and rather unique condo, but the convenience of the location. Have stayed downtown before, but this beats that by far and to top is all off you have such reasonable rates.... We'll be back. Thanks.

We've had a wonderful time in your beautifully appointed condo. Thanks for the cozy feeling along with plenty of light! Also appreciated having basic condiments available. The skiing is beyond words, except maybe "powder" which being from Florida was not in our vocabulary re skiing! We'll be back with families in tow. Cheers!

Barry/Karen... We so enjoyed our skiing vacation in Park City and were most content in your condo. It is comfortable and welcoming! Our children (& us parents) were delighted with the location with so many conveniences close by. We had no problem leaving the kids at the bowling alley (after having fun ourselves) as the New Park area is what one would like for all towns to still have - a feeling of safety, warmth & friendly. Thanks for having spices, etc. on hand. Great not to have to shop immediately. Look forward to staying at your "Retreat" for our next ski experience!

The Kimball Jct. area/location was our top choice after spending many a day trooping from place to place. It is convenient to SLC airport, other nearby communities, a wealth of appealing businesses across the road in Redstone, New Park, Kimball Park. Among the variety of eateries of all descriptions are killer shops, great new bowling alley, large well stocked liquor/wine/beer store, dry cleaners, UPS service, Post Office, movie theater, too much more to list. Park City Old Town is a must to visit & explore & a short drive or bus ride away. Public Library & car wash near condo at intersection. Up a block is a Walmart. Gas Station across hwy & not far is Enterprise Car Rental. Your covered parking is comfortably close to secure entry door and elevator. The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We appreciate the on-property closeness of a very good trail to walk or jog, & utilize it frequently. Our end unit is close to the elevator (which we do not hear) & is a big plus. Our neighbors are great. The views from the windows & deck/balcony are serene, mountains, Aspen trees as well as the Olympic Park. Read, play, shop, exercise in club house fitness room, swim in the heated pool and relax in one of the Hot Tubs. Have days trips to ski slopes - many of them - Park City main street shopping.. Sundance.. Many places to appreciate in Salt Lake City, etc.
