  Staying at the Beach Club in Unit 330 was like staying in a dear friend's condo instead of "renting". There's a welcoming atmosphere that we felt immediately. The view, of course, was fabulous & it was great to "have beach" all day. The icing on the cake was dealing with Pat. We've rented several places with VRBO, but we've never been treated with such hospitality & genuine concern that we enjoy our stay. (She even shared the cleaning cost.) We've found our condo at St. Simons. . .it's Beach Club 330!

  We had such a wonderful experience renting Beach Club 330. This condo was better than any others we have ever stayed in. The layout was perfect as the living room, with its fantastic view of the ocean, was on the other end of the condo. The master bedroom had its own wonderful view as did the dining area....very spacious and comfortable beds. We lacked for nothing here. Pat was so gracious in recommending places of interest such as Christ Church and Ft. Frederica, Ft King George and Hofwyl Plantation. Don't miss the lighthouse and downtown area with restaurants and shops.....Jeckyll Island is worht the drive too.....all to come back to our home away from home....so comfy.....and lacking for nothing. The beach is just steps away from the unit....you'll love this place. Thanks Pat for your hospitality. Best meal was at The Frederica House, hands down. Karen and Gene

  We just returned from our 5 night stay at this condo, and we were so happy with everything. It was just as described! We have stayed at The Beach Club for the past 6 years, but this was our first time in this condo. The owner has gone above board with making sure that their condo has all the little things that you need. They had just about anything you could need in a kitchen (including coffee filters, salt&pepper) ,hair dryer, etc. They even called to make sure that we were pleased with everything. We love the location because you have beach even during high tide, bike rentals on site, and easy access to get to local venues. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting an ocean view condo!

  Where do i begin......the views are beyond beautiful and grander than pictured!! The owner is most attentive, helpful and friendly. Our stay could not have been better.(Or easier!) The restaurants suggested were great. My personal favorite was Barbara Jean's.The condo was great. I loved we had a view from every room but our weekend was truly made complete with all of the effort the owner put into making sure our stay was whatever we wanted it to be. I've had one without the other and I believe when you have "both" it is so much more relaxing and so appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone who loves the beach--it will meet and/or exceed your needs! (haha- you know who you are!) Thanks for having us---we so enjoyed it!

  Our family has been going down to St. Simons for over 12 years and have stayed at a number of different places on the island. There is no question that this is the best accommodation. The owner is very proactive and responsive. The condominium was as advertised. No matter what the weather was, rain or shine, we had one of the best views on the island. We are already making our plans for our stay next summer (with the exception that we will stay a few more days!).

  The wonderful: ocean views could not have been any better - perfection both front and sides! Condo was spacious and comfortable. Beach Club grounds were gorgeous and location was perfect for access to beach, Massangale park, quick ride into village, east beach. Great having bike rental on the property. Rent a bike and keep the car parked. Bathrooms were spacious and garden tub was nice. Beds comfortable. The Not as Wonderful: Be aware this condo does not have direct outside access - its like a hotel, elevator to long hall, which needed some updating like new carpet and paint ( I did overhear some talk this is being planned-inside building showing its age). The condo furniture is quite worn in the living area and condo could have been much cleaner -we found coke cans and trash under sofa and we had a small bug problem which mgt immediately addressed and we had no further problems with bugs at all. Parking garage is TIGHT SPACE. If you have an SUV you will have to probably park outside the gargage - unload and then park. If you have cars to each side of you its extremely difficult to even open your door enough to get out of the car. Luckily, after the weekend there were fewer guests and we were able to take a space and a half to get in and out (as did most).

  Owner response: We are happy to know you found our condo comfortable and enjoyed the wonderful ocean views. I am so sorry the cleaning was missed under the sofa as the housekeeping staff usually does a great job. I contacted the Housekeeping Manager and she apologized and had they been contacted, they would have quickly sent a housekeeper to the condo and made every effort to “make it right” for you. I use a local management company for this reason so they can address any issues; they are available if needed. The Beach Club layout is similar to that of a hotel. Our unit is located on the third floor, and while we do not have direct outside access, there are stairs adjacent to our unit leading directly to the outdoors. There is also an elevator a few doors away. We appreciate your feedback as our condo is truly a second home for us and we do our best to make sure our guests enjoy their stay and feel at home as well.

  My family has stayed in this unit twice. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that I took painstaking efforts to make sure we got it again for our recent trip. The owner is a pleasure to work with - very responsive and helpful. The unit has great ocean views, awesome location, and is nicely furnished - there is simply nothing negative that I can say! We return to SSI at least once annually, and Beach Club 330 will be our "home away from home" every year!

  My mother and I and my 6 month baby stayed at this beautiful oceanview condo. The description and video is exactly what you get! Very peaceful place. Loved our twice daily walks on the beach! I would highly recommend this condo!

  Our stay at Beach Club 330 was perfect. We retired teacher BFF's enjoyed a brief walk to the beach, where we bicycled and walked each day. We really enjoyed the privacy of the condo, as it overlooked the ocean, but not the pool which was full of activity. It allowed us the opportunity to sit on the balcony and enjoy converation, along with the ocean breeze and view. The condo was very comfortable, the perfect size, and very clean. The pictures on VRBO do it justice. Bicycling to nearby restaurants and shops was the perfect exercise for us. We hope to go back again each year. I certainly recommend this unit to others.

  This condo at the Beach Club is a great unit, we really enjoyed our stay. It is nicely furnished, clean, and everything the owner described. She furnished helpful information about local restaurants and travel tips. The property is well maintained and conveniently located. I highly recommend it, and would stay there again.
