    We had a wonderful time while we stayed at this condo. The space inside is well laid out and very large. The kitchen layout is very workable and has everything we needed (we could have used different dishes and glasses every day without washing them there were so many!). Any issues (only very minor ones came up) were addressed immediately and with a smile. We were one couple and 2 singles, so the 3 bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and separate bathrooms made the vacation very enjoyable, nobody got in anybody's way. The furniture is very modern and served us well. The view from the balcony with the birds visiting us was just beautiful. And the building is well situated - we were able to either use the shuttle service or we could easily walk to and through the hotel area to get to the beach club. I took a walk around the hotel property every morning and walked to and from Brasalito along the beach a couple of times. The condo building is located away from the main entrance and exit road for the hotel - I can imagine that the condos in the other buildings closer to the hotel might be noisy with the tourist buses coming and going. We didn't even hear them from our balcony. The layout of the rooms worked well, too - we took the back bedroom while the 2 singles took the front bedrooms. None of the bedrooms share a wall. We will definitely be coming back (after we stay at Villa Deevena for a couple of nights!). Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to visit again next year!

    We had a very good weekend in this condo. It is very close to the beach, with a nice view to it on top of the golf course. The rooms are excellent, the beds are very comfortable and everything is in its place. If you are planning to visit Costa Rica it is 100% recommended. Loved it!

    This lovely, contemporary condo beautifully reflected the qualities described in the VRBO listing, and more. Especially after staying in less-than-delightful (upscale) units at Reserva Conchal, our special time in this top-notch gem re-fueled our interest in the community. Owners Alberto and Ana are very responsive and helpful - which is priceless when traveling in another country. Housekeeping by the lovely Nidia Mora was outstanding - you'd be hard-pressed to find a more upbeat, kind and compassionate cleaning person anywhere. All in all, we recommend this wonderful property without reservation!

    Hi Alberto, We had a marvelous time in your condo. It is the perfect honeymoon getaway… We loved your condo, but what we really found spectacular is how nature embraces both your condominium location and the paradisiacal beach. The contrast with the tropical forests, golf course and ocean view from the terrace made the perfect setting for our long and romantic afternoons in the condo. We also enjoyed the beach very much. The long white sand beach, and the bright and shiny sun accompanied us in our morning walks, and guided us to the Beach Club breakfast and poolside sunbathing, and during the afternoon. And of course, the gym was really well equipped, providing us with our strength to continue enjoying the great food and drinks. We really had a great time, and recommend anyone interested in a romantic vacation to contact you and stay in your unit.

    We stayed with a group of friends at this condo for a week, and it is the nicest rental we have ever taken in Costa Rica. The condo is huge, simply and beautifully decorated, perfectly sited with golf, mountain and ocean view, and immaculately taken care of. Aside from the unit, we particularly enjoyed the condominium clubhouse just a few steps away form the unit, we had a great time at the pool and lounge area, with the occasional pig pong match.

    We stayed with a group of friends at this condo for a week, and it is the nicest rental we have ever taken in Costa Rica. The condo is huge, simply and beautifully decorated, perfectly sited with golf, mountain and ocean view, and immaculately taken care of. Aside from the unit, we particularly enjoyed the condominium clubhouse just a few steps away form the unit, we had a great time at the pool and lounge area, with the occasional pig pong match.

    Great condo, the people was great, the resort is very nice, excellent amenities, loved the golf course and really really loved the Beach Club and spa. Two thumbs up!

    The resort is very nice. The beach club is superb. I really enjoyed the spa; we had one of the best couple massages ever. The beach is pristine and paradisiacal. The unit is magnificent and has been set up nicely. It is perfect for a big group. The owners were really nice and accessible.

    My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at your Carao Private Residence Club Villa in December 2010. Your condo is beautiful, it is really well maintained. Each bedroom had comfortable facilities and nice new linens. The kitchen was totally equipped. The living room and terrace are enormous and really pretty. Your concierge service was great, she helped us arrange everything for us. The Beach club is amazing, my kids could not be happier with the spectacular pool and the poolside milkshakes. Thanks a lot.
