  Michael made the whole experience so wonderful. He was very helpful and made himself available if we had any questions. The pictures of the home does the house justice. The home is very spacious, and homey-with a touch of a hotel feel. The was so good that I would do this again.

  What a great place to stay for our vacation in Miami. It was close to South Beach and to Hollywood. Rooms were cozy, and house was very spacious. The a/c worked great, which in South Florida is a must!! Thanks Mike

  I stay with my family we were 16 people and fit very well, the owner is nice and very helpful he unsewer all of my questions and gave me sugerstion were to eat and what to do. I recomend this property, this was my first time to rent from VRBO and I will do it again .

  I had a GREAT time. The owner was so helpful and he was always in touch. The property is in a great location, 8 mins from downtown, 15 mins from the airport and 20 mins from south beach. The outside of the property will deceive you, but the inside is fantastic. I would recommend this unit to anyone that is making a trip to Miami. OVERALL: Great price Great Location Great unit. *AAA*

  Our trip was AMAZING! This place is unbeatable! Michael was very helpful and honest, ah can't believe the honesty! Like others say, the house will deceive you by the outside, but it's "beachy", florida-like, you should expect it being that it is Miami. Price is right, interior is amazing, just what we expected, nothing more or less!

  We had a blast! First of all, Michael is amazing and was VERY accommodating and helpful when making plans of places to eat, go out, sightsee, etc. From the moment I contacted him via email, to after we had left the property, he was fantastic and always available via phone or text. We had 12 people total in our group, and there was plenty of sleeping room (two of us slept on the big comfy leather sectional which was fantastic!, but there was a futon we didn't use also) and the kitchen was nice and big and there were plenty of dishes for everyone. We cooked at the house a couple nights and for each breakfast and then hung out on the patio a lot as well. Free wifi and laundry was available too! The house was clean, and if we needed something, we could just call Michael. There's a lot to see inside the house, too, which added to the fun! It really is a perfect place for a group to spend time together...MUCH better than a hotel! The location of the house is great as well, as there is a causeway across to the Miami Beach (and South Beach) area right by the house. Easy access to highways and groceries and restaurants and bars, etc.. (Shuckers is AMAZING and right across the causeway). All in all, our trip was SO AMAZING! I don't think it would've been the same if we had stayed elsewhere. I HIGHLY reccommed using this property if you are planning on heading to Miami, and need a place for a larger group. Not only is the house great, the customer service is exquisite!

  The pictures do the house no justice! This house is gorgeous, and the decor will put you right in the the south florida mood. The house is well kept, clean, beyond anything I could have ever wished for. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner is very good with communication. We delinetly recommed everyone to stay here. Plus it is close to everything! Loved it!

  This house was wonderful! Michael was so helpful in every aspect.. from helping with travel info in Miami and location around Miami... The house is in Great LOCATION in Miami so close to everything in the city... Everybody in my party had enough room to move around the house and be confortable...great spacious rooms and living rooms..The kitchen is well-equipped, although we chose to eat dinner out! The beds are really comfortable and we enjoyed the luxury of the bathrooms.. It's a very quiet area and felt really safe.. Our only regret: not staying longer!!! Thank you for everything Michael every aspect of your house was great.. We will def. stay here again with out a doubt..

  Perfect location for activites in SOBE and Miami Shores. What a unique and surprising property with comfortable beds, updated baths and kitchen and ample linens and space. Michael - the owner was in constant contact and was very helpful if you required directions, restaurant recommendations etc... If you have a group of people or not and want a great value for your stay in Miami - then this is the place for you! If the need arises - this is a DO OVER! Rob Fairfax, VA

  This house was perfect for a girls vacation weekend in Miami. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Central location was very convenient to go to the beach and out at night. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price. Thanks, Michael!

  Thank you Michael for allowing your house to be our home for the time that we stayed there. Everything was exactly how it appears in the pictures and is exactly as described. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood and a beautiful home! The house was fully equipped with anything and everything we could ever need plus more! I had the best vacation of my life in your home and I hope to visit year after year. I only have one complaint: I didn't get to stay longer! Thanks Michael!

  Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse propre (très bonne literie !) et parfaite pour une grande famille. L'annonce et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité - le propriétaire et le gestionnaire sont tout à fait disponibles que ce soit lors de la réservation qu'une fois sur place. La plage (north beach) est à 15 minutes en voiture. Grand supermarché à 5 minutes. Nous avons même pu nous arranger avec Marie, la voisine en face qui parle le français et qui est venue faire une soirée de bbsitting Location largement recommandable

  I can't say enough great things about this house, Michael and Billy, his caretaker. From my first contact with Michael, he was quick to answer my questions and helped us to decide that this house will accommodate our group. Once in Miami, Billy was fantastic! He made sure we were comfortable and gave advise on where to shop and things to do during our stay Then there is the house! It's beautifully decorated and inviting from the minute you enter. The beds are high quality and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are all newly renovated and everything is very clean and well maintained. Other family members spent much more on their houses but weren't nearly as happy as we were. I would highly recommend this property to friends and famlly and we hope to stay here again.

  We recently had a family reunion there our house rental dates were from Aug.11 to the 15. We would totally recommend this house to EVERYONE! We recently had a family reunion there and the house location is enjoying. We had such an amazing time the house is very clean and very well maintained. The owner and the property manager provided good customer service. They kept contact to ensure everthing was running smoothly. The house it's self is everthing it is said to be. It's very peaceful and everything is ready to use. The house over is 5+ stars. Everything is around, easy access to food locations and gorcery stores near by. We all truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting in the future. Thank You Micheal and Billy.
