Experience luxurious resort living in our elegantly furnished and decorated condo at La Solana in Sun City Grand, an upscale active adult community in Surprise, AZ. The unit is turnkey ready and features a den that is furnished as a second bedroom.
This secure second-story unit is near an elevator and includes all utilities, cable TV, WiFi, and telephone during the winter months, a large walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a covered parking spot. You can access the private balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room.
In addition to La Solana's own clubhouse, BBQ, pool, hot spa, theater, and scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly activities, tenants have access to all of Sun City Grand's amenities for a slight extra fee, including 4 golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, numerous craft and hobby classrooms and labs, gyms, ballrooms, and even a full-service spa.
The complex is located near the Surprise Spring Training Baseball Stadium, banks, pharmacies, markets, restaurants, deli's, and all kinds of shopping. Medical and dental offices/clinics and the Dell Webb Hospital are all nearby also.
La Solana is an age-restricted resort. At least one tenant must be 55 years of age or older.

This was the most tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and best located condo that we saw during our search for a rental investment. It is definitely a place where we would like to live if we didn't already have a winter home nearby.
