We stayed at this unit for 10 days in April. The owners have outfitted the condo with everything you could possibly need for your vacation, right down to Aloe Gel for sunburns! The location is great for being close to all the beach action and restaurants. The pool is very well maintained and not crowded at all. The only downside is the road noise but the bedroom is away from the street so it doesn't interfere with sleep. Would definitely recommend this unit and Bev and Andy were very easy to deal with.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed here Nov 20-26, 2012 and we really enjoyed it.The location is very convenient, just cross the street of the beach, there are a resturants and shoppings nearby. The apartment itself was very very maintained, very clean and very hommie. They also provide beach towers, unbrella, beach chair. We love our stay and will come back.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is our second one-week stay at this fantastic place! It was just as wonderful as we remembered--gorgeous views from the lanai, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beaches, and spotlessly clean with lots of amenities. We hope to go back again.

WHAT A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY WE HAD

Myself and my husband visited Maui for the first time this November 2011. We had clear instructions on how to find this rental and gain access. The Condo was exceptionally clean and very well catered for with the added benefits of beach chairs and beach towels, The bathroom even had small complimentary toiletries. A very nice touch. The view from the balcony is second to none - total paradise. We have some lovely sunset pictures for keeps The Condo is near a large supermarket so you can shop easily and it is right opposite the beach. There are nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Wailea is not too far away and there is a reliable bus service. This location is not as crowded as some of the other resorts but within easy reach of the busier areas should you so wish. I would definitely recommend this Condo. The owners have really thought about what would be required by a visitor and provided as necessary.

This is a very nice condo and a real bargain. It's just like the pictures, if not better. Nicely furnished and clean. The owners really thought of everything and were a breeze to deal with. We had everything we needed and more! The beach towels and boogie boards are great. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning (eggs and Spam, yum!). Plus the in-unit washer and dryer meant we could wash our dirty cloths before we left so we didn't have any laundry when we got home. The A/C unit in the living room does a pretty good job of keeping the condo cool, plus there is a good cross breeze. We found the location to be perfect to explore all of Maui. We loved the beaches just South in Wailea. There are also parks and shopping within walking distance. Some people have complained of noise in this complex, but it was very quite, especially with the bedroom being in the back, away from the road. The road noise is not bad either. Would definitely stay here again if we return to beautiful Maui!

This condo was absoultely perfect! It was very close to beaches and many restaurants. Andy and Beverly did a great job furnishing the condo and providing everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The boogie boards and snorkel gear were a great surprise as well! We will definitely be coming back! :)

This condo was clean and had all the amenities needed and more, the owners thought about everything one family or person could need while away from home, the condo is centrally located stores, restaurants, beach withing walking distance, the owners were pleasant and very easy to do business with, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We're just spending our last day in Bev & Andy's condo and they've made it hard to leave. Everything is as discribed or better. The views are wonderful and has all the amenities you could need. This condo is close to many shops restarants making it great if you don't want torent a car. The Lanai is a great place to enjoy coffee and just take in the views (surfers or awsome sunsets) The staff here keep everything very clean and the pool and BBQ facilities are well thought out. Loved our short stay here, thankyou Bev & Andy, we would recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, it is all and more of whats described. One of the best kept and cleanest places I have had the pleasure to stay in. In a prime location to if you do not have transport, walking distance to so much around. Great eating places near by, but the kitchen is so good you dont have to go out to eat, all utencils provided, more than enough. I cant wait to go back there.

We stayed here for 8 wonderful days. We loved how clean and bright the condo is! Everything inside is either new, or close to it. We loved making breakfast at home and enjoying our coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. It is walking distance close to many restaurants and shops, a grocery store and nice beaches. Bev and Andy were wonderful in making sure everything was perfect. The beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels and boogie boards are a nice touch!

This is a gem! Great location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and Foodland (grocery store), well equipped, with fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. Bev and Andy are a pleasure to work with, and their all inclusive special price is very competitive. We hope to stay here again when we go back to Maui.

We just returned from a relaxing vacation at this condo. The location is superb, walking distance to some of the best eateries on Kihei, highly recommend Three's and Cuatro. We used the local bus service to dine in Wailea and were impressed, beaches nearby are sandy with calm seas. The condo has every resource you can imagine and more, internet access is fantastic, we did not want for anything, Bev and Andy have done a tremendous job of equipping the property. Watched the sunset every night with a cocktail, and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the volleyball players. This is an outstanding base for everything Maui has to offer, do not hesitate, book today!

This Island Surf one bedroom condo is in a great location in the heart of Kihei. The grocery store and many restaurants are just a short walk away which was really nice! Right across S. Kihei Rd. is the ocean path and the beautiful Pacific. The condo’s balcony looks out onto the pacific and we could see Lanai and Molokai along with the coast of Maui out to Lahaina.. The condo itself is nicely equipped. There is a new LCD flat screen TV which we hardly ever used since the view from the balcony is so pretty. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals while you are there. The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable King size bed and plenty of windows that open to let in the breeze. The place is very clean and we think this condo is a great value!
