    The unit was perfect for couples or families, very well maintained and clean. The location is ideal, just on the beach, very close to restaurants and shops. Mr David was always available, attentive and helpful. We´ll sure stay again in the same property. Do not hesitate to stay here!

    The unit was great, clean, we maintained. This is the perfect spot as it is directly on the beach, close to restaurants, grocery store and shops. We had no issues, the place was very comfortable and it met our needs. We found the Marenas a first class resort and would not hesitate to recomend this place to anyone. Thanks David.

    Pros: Unit was very clean and comfortable; Food at hotel was very good; Publix grocery store nearby was very handy; View from unit was great and exactly as appeared in photos; Linens in unit were high end and extremely comfortable (pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels); Unit equipped with laundry, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher; Great italian take-out across the road; Amazing salads and fruit in cafe across the road beside italian place; Residential area across the road to jog in; Beach was nice; Adventura mall 10 minute public bus ride (good public bus access); David very responsive and good to deal with. Cons: Pool area at hotel and very small (not good for adults but mainly for kids); not a great area to walk as it's on a busy road and beach does not have boardwalk. However, long beach if you like walking on soft sand. Suggestions to unit owner: Unit was very comfortable. To be extra comfortable, I'd recommend the following: Bose wave radio, additional DVD player in bedroom, a few more sharper knives and scissors for kitchen, some pictures on walls to make a bit more homey, few more hangers in closets, fresh flowers would be amazing. Overall, a great trip.

    apartment is very nice and modern, very clean, bed is comfortable and it has everything that you need on vacation like that. view from the balcony and bedroom just stunning. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Planning on staying there again. Thank you , David!

    My wife and I stayed at this condo May 10, 2012 - May 15, 2012. This is a well located, beautiful, ocean view unit, in a full service, oceanfront modern property. David, the owner, is a gentlemen and helped with any minor issues as they arose. The service at building at the property is excellent also. The unit itself is clean and well maintained. The furnishings including bedding, sheets, etc are excellent, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience.     This condo was amazing! Amazing views from the 26th floor apartment. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. The staff at the resort was friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing! The water is clean and refreashing. We had great weather and enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on returning again next year! David is very easy to work with. Thanks again!

    We just love Miami and the stay at the Marenas.All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We stay at this particular condo because we love the location and David makes are stay wecoming and enjoyable. We will continue to stay here. Thank you for everything!

    This condo was everything it claimed it was. The staff at the resort as friendly, courteous and very helpful. There is everything you might need close by, resturants, malls etc. The beach was amazing! The water is clean and refreashing. We had great weather and enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on returning again next year! David ordered us to have a good time and take my word we did!! Thanks to David once again!

    My wife and myself spent a wonderful 10 days in the facility. Everything was better than expected, and the appartment was a significant part of the outstandin vacation we had in Miami. The beach service was as good as one can expect, the room service also, and the views from the balcony is also extraordinary. We plan to spend some more time there in the near future.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This was a very enjoyable Stay. The staff is very attentive, very nice amenities, great location, the beach, restaraunts, shopping. The owner of our unit, David Mosseri has everything in place to ensure a wonderful Stay at the Marenas in Sunny Isles, FL. We really enjoyed our week at the Marenas. Jim Cain

    We spent 2 great weeks in this lovely building. Very impressed by the comfortable amenities provided by our very gracious and hospitable host, David. Location is ideal and the beach beautiful. This unit is perfect for 2 people. All staff extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. The property was very well maintained.

    We have just returned and we loved it! Sunny Isles is simply a great location and the resort and apartment are wonderful. Staff is professional and deserve to be acknoledged. Again, location is the key to a great stay in the Miami area and this apartment is a very good deal. David is great to deal with and has made all necessary efforts to make our stay the most enjoyable.

    The amenities in the hotel are fantastic. The pool was heated so even on cooler days we could enjoy the water. The apartment was well furnished, well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Staff is super nice, and make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. Owner was fantastic and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again.

    We have just returned and we loved it!!!! Its like being in a 5 star hotel but with the confort of an appartment. We went with our 2 year old son and everything was arranged to have a relaxed time there....from complimentary toys on the beach to hotel dinner delivered to our room if we didnt want to cook....and if you dont have kids its also great as you have a nice bar and restaurant overviewing the sea for cocktails and dinner!!!
