This is a large newly built custom home with a sweeping view of both Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. It is located on a bluff overlooking the lake, and sits on 11 private acres of forest. It is less than five minutes from downtown. High quality craftsmanship can be seen throughout this home. Some of the more unique attributes of this home are- ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction, high end appliances, granite countertops throughout, quality furniture.

The master bedroom upstairs features a sitting room/office with a view of the lake, and a large private bath including a jacuzzi tub and a tiled shower with two shower heads. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a full-sized bed in the guest room. In all, this rental will comfortably sleep six people.

The kitchen is well equipped and absolutely beautiful. The granite countertops, high end appliances and solid maple cabinets make any serious cook happy.

The home has a mother-in-law apartment in the basement that has its own entrance, and is separated by lock & key. The owner/caretaker uses this apartment to stay in when he is in the area, but the property is still quite private.

If you enjoy wildlife, then you will definitely have a chance to see some. There are deer that wander through the yard almost daily. We see wild turkeys in the spring and summer, and we have even seen a moose on occasion!

From the deck you can see The Lake Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course with it's "famous floating golf green." There are 19 public golf courses near by.

The "Centennial Trail" a 26 mile, paved hiking or biking trail, is adjacent to this property as it traverses along the lake heading toward Spokane, Washington.
