This is a newly remodeled duplex located in Frisco, Colorado in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are within walking distance to shopping, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and Safeway. A little stroll on the bike path will take you to Main Street. The Transfer Center for the free Summit County shuttle is two blocks away. This bus will take you to three ski areas, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone. Across the street is a skating/fishing pond and park. This unit has High Speed Internet with both Ethernet hookup, and wireless hookup.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD, and private bathroom. The large tiled shower has two shower heads. One room has a queen bed, TV and another room has bunk beds; double bed down and twin on top. The fourth room could pass as a mini TV room. It has a double/twin bunk bed, TV, and futon couch. There is a full bath in the hallway. There is a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 14.
Floor Plan:
The main floor consists of living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and a half bath. The living room has a sectional, 40 inch HDTV/DVD, and beautiful stone gas fireplace. The large cheery new kitchen is tiled and has Corian countertops. There is a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the dishes, pots/pans, and utensils are provided. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining area. The large oak dining room table seats eight and the breakfast bar has four oak bar stools. The laundry area has as a new full-size washer and dryer. The half bath is off of the kitchen. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. The sliding doors open to the deck off the dining area. Here you will find the private hot tub, nice patio furniture, gas grill and beautiful back yard. The heated two car garage accesses the kitchen. This townhouse is 1860 square feet.

A well-kept, roomy townhouse that was perfect for our annual girls winter weekend in the mountains. (Six of us.) The location near main roads was convenient, yet the area was very quiet and the back deck and landscaping gave the place a "woodsy" feel. We also loved the two-car garage, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub and gas fireplace. We definitely hope to return next year. Thanks for a nice, relaxing stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Unit is located next to a day care. Unit was infested with bats and had several other problems. Management company did not return our cleaning deposit even though we left the unit cleaner than when we arrived.(Laundry was still in the dryer and our entry was delayed past check-in time because the unit was still being cleaned). Do not rent this unit and do not rent a unit from this management company! To be fair the owner tried hard to make our stay enjoyable and fixed problems quickly after our complaints.
