Enjoy our very large and luxurious, fully equipped three bedroom condo at Ski Run in Keystone Resort, for up to 50% off the resorts prices! Breathtaking views of the ski mountain await you and your family. You can actually watch them ski from your living room! We also offer luxury one and two bedroom units in the same building.
Our elegant three bedroom condo is located about 150 yards from the Mountain House ski lifts at Keystone Resort! The complex is called "Ski Run". Enjoy great views of the ski mountain from your windows and private balcony where you can actually watch your family ski. The unit is very large and has 1,560 square feet. It is are distinctively furnished with many luxury appointments.
Maintained in "like new" condition with deluxe features, unit 301 has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, a queen size bed in the loft bedroom, and queen size sofa bed in the living room. This three bedroom unit has three full baths and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Our three bedroom unit has a reserved indoor heated parking place!
There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, a gas log fireplace in the living room, a complete modern kitchen, TV's and a DVD player, FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, a propane gas barbecue grill on your patio, and much more. The unit has room to sleep up to ten people! Please note that only our guests at Ski Run can access our FREE high speed Internet network. It cannot be used by renters of other units.
When you're ready to ski, just walk three minutes (150 yards) to the Mountain House base which is in the center of the resort where the ski school, children's center, and ski rental buildings are located. Want to ski other areas? Our condo is located just a seven minute drive from A-Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Loveland. It is a short 35 minutes to Vail. Keystone also offers Colorado's only night skiing and free bus service to many other ski areas.
Finished skiing? There is a clubhouse with a large indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi so you can relax before dinner. Want to dine out? You can walk from your door to several nearby restaurants and other attractions.
Want to save even more? We provide our guests with details so that they can save on their adult lift tickets! For example, in past seasons, our guests skied Keystone for as little as $24.75/day instead of the $91.00 the resort was charging. We were also able to have some children ski for FREE! We can even save you money on your ski and board rentals, snowmobile tours, discount airport transfers and food. We can even offer you savings on white water rafting, bike rentals, downhill bike rides and horseback rides in the summer. Details about these money savings offers can be found on our Ski Run web site under the Winter Discount and Summer Events areas. We give you a special "GUEST DISCOUNT CARD" to use to obtain these saving. The card is not available if you rent your Ski Run Condo elsewhere.
Because of the high demand for this unit, WE REQUIRE A FIVE NIGHT STAY WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THIS CONDO. Don't be disappointed. This unit fills far in advance! Sorry, no pets or smokers are allowed at any time.
Want to spend less? We also have ONE and TWO bedroom units available. The two bedroom unit will sleep 8 and the one bedroom units can sleep 4. Those condos require a FIVE night minimum charge. Our rates start at $207.00 per night (summer). We keep our prices at about a 50%
discount from the resorts pricing because we rent the unit ourself. We also offer
our guests information to saving money on their adult lift tickets & ski rentals.
For example, in past seasons, our guests ski for as little as $24.75/day
when the resort was charging $91.00. Because of these units popularity, WE
REQUIRE AT LEAST A FIVE NIGHT STAY. You can stay for fewer
nights but will be charged for FIVE. Ask about our returning guest discount.

We LOVE this condo. Spacious, modern and looks right over the mountains. You can watch night skiing right by your own fireplace. SLeeps up to 10, so it makes it fun for families. You can walk to the shops and restaurants which we love. Fabulous!!!!

We were there for a week in mid-July, 2004, and had a wonderful time. We don't ski, so we enjoyed the lovely weather, did some biking and hiking, and a terrific Italian festival in the nearby village. The condo was wonderful, very comfortable and near all the areas we were interested in seeing. I highly recommend the area and the condo!

Not only was your condo large and beautiful, but your tip letter very helpful. Our family skied Keystone for $24.25/day and Vail for $47.00/day. It was like getting the condo fro free! Thanks for everything. We will be back.

Most people seem to prefer staying at Ski Run in the Mountain House base area instead of the smaller condos at River Run with the long walk to the gondola.
