Beautiful lakeshore condo on Clearwater Lake (3200 acres). This condo is located approximately 40 feet from the lake shore on a peninsula between two lakes with a view of both lakes. See the sunrise over one lake and watch the sunset over the other lake while sitting on the deck porch swing.

Peaceful wooded setting. Sit and relax, listen to the loons and watch the wildlife, fish (summer and winter), golf nearby, or enjoy the many unique shopping opportunities in Annandale, huge outlet mall in Albertville, or many malls in Minneapolis including the Mall of America.

The Saturday morning Flea Market is a must for all to experience. Find the bargain of the day (antiques and new items), buy fresh vegetables, enjoy mini donuts, corn-dogs, kettle corn, cheese curds, or have breakfast in the old red shack. Many fine dining restaurants in the area. Fish for walleye, bass, crappies, sunfish, or northern pike. Duck hunters haven in the fall. The little children can enjoy the playground, and the sandy beach or spend the day at the pool and catch the rays. Fire pits available for the evening campfire.

Condo is supplied with games for children and adults, as well as the water toys for use at the pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) or on the lake. See Calendar for availability, e-mail, or call.

SPECIAL NOTE - If you have a large family or wish to vacation with friends and need more space you can coordinate your visit with Unit #9 that is next door to our Unit 10.

                    We stayed at this condo for almost one week. The location of the condo on the properety is excellent - close to the dock and pool, as advertised and it is a decent fishing lake. The inside of the condo was stuffed to the gills with the owners' personal items. The closets were all full, there were personal toiletries in the bathroom, there were no empty dresser drawers to unpack our own belongings and it felt very, very lived in. The kitchen was not clean and I had to wipe down both the countertop and the stove before I felt like I could use it. The owner told us that we could use anything on the property, which was nice, but we could have easily lived without all of the excessive personal belongings. We have rented several lake places in the past and all have been appropriately furnished with the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. I got the impression that this really is not a rental unit and more of a second home for the owners. Rowley, the owner, was very friendly and helpful throughout the week. We called him several times to get tips on the lake and with other questions. Getting there is also very easy from the twin cities. I would stay at this complex again because of the location and fishing, but I would not stay in this particular condo.

                    Owner response: After renting for 10 years, this would be our 1st negative review. The toiletries are for your use, in case you forget something. The closets have lots of games and toys in the event that you have a rainy day. In the closets, you will also find life jackets, fishing poles, pool toys, skis, wake board, and a deflated innertube for boating in case you have a boat. Other than that, there are extra bed sheets and blankets and towels in case you should need them. We only have one dresser which has a couple of decorative items that can be easily pulled out. We provide everything you could need and want for fun and have never had anything but rave comments/notes left in our condo, thanking us for everything! This review is very unexpected and doesn't seem justified at all. What we enjoy is surprising people with an awesome vacation. We will assess what we have in our closets and pull out anything that is not needed. Overall, our place is not fancy, but very comfortable and fun! Where else can you have a good fishing lake, a pool for the kids, a play ground area, fun towns to explore nearby, and a comfortable and fun place to stay?

                  About the owner: This is our family get-away. We have owned it since the spring of 2003.

                  Why the Owner Chose Annandale:
                  We did not originally purchase the property to be used as a vacation rental. We have a few families that have rented from us every year, and we decided to make it available to other families for their enjoyment.

                  The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                  Our neighbors are the best. The owners around us are terrific people and very friendly. Our unit is the closest to the lake, and we have terrific sunset views. Clearwater is great for fishing.
