This condo is everything that it says it is. Clean, and a wonderful view of the ocean and Tina and Pam are wonderful to work with. If you have any questions about anything you can always get in touch with them and they make your stay wonderful. The reason I know, I had booked the wrong week and Tina made sure that my family and I were taking care of. We were here for a week for a cheer competition and had no problems at all. There is plenty of security on site and they even check the parking garage also for parking passes and with the room on the 3rd floor you enter the building from the parking garage on the 3rd floor and walk through the indoor cross walk straight to the condo. I'm fixing to book for next year also because there is no reason to look any where else. Thank you Tina and Pam for taking care of my family and myself.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The overall stay in this unit was good. It was a nice size unit for a large family. It was on level three the same level as the parking garage entrance which was very nice. Our only complaint was the cleaning of the unit was very poor. The floor, walls and some furniture had food on them not stains from old stuff but recent food items from the last rental customers. Also had to go out and buy $12 dollars worth of batteries to replace all fire alarm batteries because they were chirping when we entered the room. The cleaning ladies had to hear the chirping while they were cleaning but did nothing or said nothing. We also arrived 1.5 hours prior to check in time and the room wasn't ready that was on us. But it was almost 1 hour after check in before our room was ready.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have always had much pride in consistent positive reviews and compliments from our guests on the cleanliness and quality of our condo rentals and our service. All guests receive check in instructions prior to arrival and also have them posted in the condo asking that if anything is out of order to please report it to us right away so that it can be remedied. We had no knowledge of these issues until it was posted after check out. At that time we called immediately and offered our apologies and have also reimbursed the expense of batteries. It is our goal to offer the best of the best in our service and accommodations to make your vacation stay the best ever!

We just got back from our vacation & have to say this was THE best beach vacation we have ever had! This condo is PERFECT! Very cozy & comfy with all the amenities of home. Great view, easy parking, lots of pools & close to all the best restaurants. Tina was great to deal with as well! We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The location, comfort, and beauty are too wonderful for words to properly describe. There is security wherever you go. The 4 pools, 2 hottubs, theatre, and workout room, as well as covered parking, make this one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. This condo is on the 3rd floor, making a very easy walk to the parking tower without even having to get on the elevators. The staff was forever mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows, even though nothing appeared dirty. They even mopped the trash rooms! I cannot give this a high enough rating and will definitely be coming back. Tina is awesome to deal with and even called us once we were there to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It doesn't get better than this!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
