    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a real find! Close to downtown and easily accessible from the I5. A bit noisy at night as it's beside the Highway, but nothing horrendous. The administration should be aware that when you come from outside U.S. it is not so easy to find a phone to tell them you've arrived... it would be easier to just set a time to meet. Pay phones are not as available as they used to be... ;-) All in all a great stay. Manager responded on 4/15/2013: Thank you for mentioning your issue with the phone. We try to make arrangements to check in our guests prior to your arrival, but depending on your travel plans that is not always the case. We are glad that overall you had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can not be happier with our stay at the Elektra. The condo was spacious and very homey. It was truly a home away from home. I was there for a conference, and it was only 2 minutes from the convention center and everything downtown has to offer. Sea to Sky was so professional from the beginning to end. I love dealing with them. They answered to all my questions and requests immediately and the place was stocked with everything we need. Love Love my vacation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location near the Convention Center; an easy short walk. Premises very clean and bright with everything one needed provided. The first night the apt was warm and the heater made loud clicking noises; turning the red button on the valve to the middle improved this and we were able to open the windows which helped as well. Also very pleased that it was non-smoking and smelled fresh and clean in the hallway and apartment.

We walked downtown and went shopping, good coffee up the street, great location directly off I-5. The building was fantastic, and the parking space in the garage is well worth the additional cost.

Reviewer Comments: As a student on clinical rotations from Ohio, I was looking for a place to stay near Swedish Medical Center First Hill and this was the place! It has very convenient access to the highways, downtown, Pike Place Market, etc. The light rail was extremely convenient when friends came to visit. When I arrived one of the lights had burned out and the toaster was broken, but Sea To Sky sent someone right away with a new toaster and to replace the light bulb. Highly recommend this location!!

Everyday I went onto the roof deck to check out the lines that were forming to see when it was safe to head down to the convention center. The room was really nice and being on the 14th floor coulden't hear any street traffic. Had a great time and will see if this is avaliable next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful and clean and located in a perfect location. It is literally right next door to the Washington Convention Center where I was attending a conference. It is also a short and pleasant walk down to Pike's Market. The only hard thing for me to get used to, was the freeway noise when I had the windows open. However, overall it was great and I would definitely rent here again if I was coming back to Seattle.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment has some mold issues. I am not sure you are aware that the plugs under the faucet handles (the old location) leak water, but the mold seemed to be more apparent in the kitchen and dining area, but I certainly could not find the source. I think some of your other units might be more to our liking if location had not been the issue. I certainly was impressed with your property managers, Julie especially. SO I would rent from you again, but not at that location. I am very allergic to mold and mildew.

No place to store luggage Manager responded on 12/1/2010: Unfortunately, this building does not have a full time Concierge or a place to store luggage. We do our best to accommodate varying times of arrival and departure, although these arrangements need to be made in advance. Thank you for your comments.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location and great base for a stay in Seattle. Generally everything was great. The property is a little tired but overall fine. One poor thing though was the noise at 4am when the heating kicks in - it was like someone clanging pipes next to your ear for about 20 minutes in the middle of the night. Despite that we would definitely stay again purely based on location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed here with my husband and another couple. It is a small place but a perfect home base for exploring Seattle. For $2.50 I took the train from the airport to the Westlake station which is about 6 blocks from the property. It was about 8 blocks from Pike Place Market, right by the convention center, and about a mile or so to the Space Needle. Taxis are readily available about a block away. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location, great building and comfortable condos The staff at Sea to Sky was very helpful and personally checked us in. The apartment couldn't have been more comfortable and the fabulous location was an added bonus. We had family in town supporting a family member going through cancer surgery at Virginia Mason so being close to the hospitals and having a comfortable home to stay in were critical to their comfort and support in an otherwise difficult family time.

My only complaints are the noise from the heater and the crazy neighbor. The heater sounds like a knocking and I have been disturbed from a wonderfully sound sleep by it. The neighbor in the unit to the left of us was quite unpleasant and made false noise complaints against us. Whoever rents this unit should be prepared for complaints and should be very conscious of their noise. Other than that it has a wonderful view and is convenient to everything.

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the apartment itself was lovely-they do need to adjust the water pressure in the bathroom, but besides that, a lovely apartment- the kitchen is terrific! However, one does need to be apprised of the neighbor, who is completely unreasonable about anyone living in the apartment next to him- demands there be no noise or sound whatsoever after 7:00 in the evening, which is a little difficult when one is working in the theatre! I am an adult 35+ and live a quiet, non-party life, so people who stay there, esp. if they have kids, need to be made aware of the neighbor as long as he is living there. He is rather unpleasant, to say the least.

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 day stay in Seattle. Our accommodation at the Electra were adequate, although the kitchen/dining/living room area was very small for us. The bathroom was also very small. We were aware that this is a very old building and that rooms are small and since we were only there a short time, we didn't mind. The only problem was that one night at about 3 when we were sleeping I heard a crash and discovered that a framed picutre had fallen off the wall in the hallway leaving glass shards everywhere on the hardwood floor. The location for shopping and sightseeing in the inner city was perfect. It was within walking distance of the large department stores and Pike Market, although was uphill on the way back. We had a rented car and parking was convenient in a covered, secure garage. We took the public transit a couple of times (i.e. to the Science center) and it was also convenient. One of the highlights of the trip was a tour on the 'ducks' It was a fun way to get a tour of the city. We found it diffuclt to find family dining in the area with our youg girls, therefore I would mostly recommend the location for adults only or families with older children and .

Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location and were able to have guests for the evening, etc. One problem we encountered was finding a place to park when family came to pick us up or to visit. The convince of the kitchen with supplies, a phone for local use, etc. was great. Taking out the trash was the only negative - that was not a great experience, but there were no major problems. Oh, a larger bath, or two bathrooms, would have been nice for the four of us but none were available at the time.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was in great condition, having different kitchen appliances was wonderful, the location was great (as I wasn't always able to be with my family as I had work). We didn't really take advantage of the amenities, such as the media center, etc.
