This luxurious condominium offers 9 foot ceilings, designer tile flooring and custom paint colors. Crown molding adorns the foyer, living, dining, and kitchen areas. This richly decorated unit has unique interior lighting, ceiling fans, and two large walk-in closets. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the wall to wall and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. There is ample seating throughout the unit, and a sitting area off the living room with a recliner chair to enjoy a relaxing and breathtaking view. The sofa/sleeper has a comfortable Air Dream Mattress.
Enjoy your favorite show or movie on the large 48' flat panel LCD TV with DVD/VCR player in the living room. Two 40' and one 36' flat panel LCD TV's with DVD player in bedrooms.. The master bath contains a two person Jacuzzi tub, large double vanities, and an over sized walk-in ceramic tiled shower with large windows for a beautiful view of the gulf. This property was exactly as promised. Very clean and well equipped. We had a lovely, relaxing time. This was our fifth spring break at Navarre Beach and this location was the best of them all!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This was our first stay at this condo. We have previously stayed at the Beach Colony in a different condo. The layout, furnishings, and view all exceeded our expectations. The 4th floor is perfect. It offers a great view of the pool and beach. The furniture is very comfortable, relaxing and seats several adults. All three bedrooms and bathrooms offer excellent privacy. The kitchen and dining area are ideal for multiple familys. Donna's communication and instructions made everything go very smooth. We will definately stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time at your condo in Navarre! The condo had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home! It was clean and very roomy, we had six people there and had more than enough room! We hope to come back again! My Fiancee and I stayed at this condo for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was wonderfully decorated, very spacious and has everything you need for a nice relaxing weekend. The condo is located right on the beach and also has an Olympic size pool for those that prefer staying off the beach. Hopefully with any luck we'll be booking with them again some time in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This condo was beautifully decorated, and had a great floor plan, with many views of the beach. We had 6 adults and a child, and all slept comfortably with plenty of space and privacy. The master bath was a hit with the jacuzzi and gulf view! The kitchen was so equiped that we had no reason to try any restaurants. We even used the bbq grill downstairs. Navarre has three big grocers right over the bridge, too. The pool was the biggest we've ever seen and very well maintained. The beach was beautiful white sand, and it was a close walk to the famous Navarre pier. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
